The receptionist was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and such a nice space , the room cleaning guys were good too but there was a small problem which is the voice cancellation between the room and the corridor and the breakfast was a little bit poor :( . But I wish I can visit you next time and I really appreciate your help. Stay safe and keep up the good work :) Thanks a lot.

« well located economic but neat hotel with satisfying good breakfast »

It was a great stay at its economic level with neat and clean room with necessary facilities. The breakfast was more than enough and good at the level of the hotel. The reception personnel were polite and helpful. There just two things that would be better if were provided at the rooms, a safe box and soft slippers for guests.

« Good stay but same problems »

The experience is good except for the same old problem that I have been facing for years; Check In time: Check in time in all Ibis hotels takes at least 20 to 30 mins. I have complained about this many many many times before. What is even worse is that I'm already a member and my information should already be available in the hotels system. For the millionth time please improve your system to at least let Accor Hotels members check in faster. This always ruins an overall good experience with Accor Hotels.

the experience was not bad. i stayed in room 166. please include considering a small towel in the rooms. i tried to call 2 times the restaurant for room service in 2 different days nobody answered the phone. other than that the stay was ok. Thank you

« Reasonably priced »

A convenient location near the mall, metro and bus transits. Shared facilities (for us, the swimming pool and gym on top floor) with a bigger and more expensive hotel was like a bonus. Staff was easy in communication and tend to our needs carefully. The room was quiet thanks to the soundproof walls, I guess.

When I booked honestly I didn’t know it was close to MOE, this was an added surprise. I was visiting from New York but I am very much familiar with Dubai as I have lived in Dubai for 5 years. I really thought it was the Ibis on Sheikh Zayed road so to end closer to the mall and metro station was very convenient.

« It was ok...i onky have 1 issue that i would like to bring up. »

Everything was pleasant and the staff was very friendly. The only problem i had was the shower door allows water to leak out twards the toilete. Which causes the main bathroom floor to get wet. There has been a few times i walked into the bathroom and getting my socks wet. Just something we could improve.

The staff are very friendly, even the lady in the breakfast lounge~Chinese maybe. She was very caring if we need something she will bring right away . And the Indian chef extra friendly making my egg dish every day. However I don’t know why although the door between the hotel and Novotel was open they refused to give us permission sit at Novotel for breakfast when the ibis was busy and they made us wait until a guest is done with their table!! If you don’t want people to go to the other side then simply have it closed and not get us embarssed shutting us off. Also when we first checked in our room was not ready for another 2 hours!! And with all the luggage in our hands their was no one at the door to help pull the bags, we where told later that it’s self service, ok at least have the round door on not have that rope In front of the gate, we had to pull the other door and it was so heavy. This time the weather was very cold in Dubai , so the room was Cold and AC only has cold air it doesn’t have heat or warm mode kindly look in to optimizing this option for future. Based on that I had to ask for extra blankets they where a little bit slow actually I had to go down to front desk to hurry them. Thanks
