My Experience was Great from the Arrival time ro checkin and could continue to be better, but will liste some of the inconvenient factors down here that made us to share our unsatisfactory with the hotel service, 1/your Menus (QR) codes at the bar are not same as what we have told to be charged, your staff are saying the the menu is an old one and not the updated one because of corona period, an excuse which is even an accepted. 2/Arguing over a welcome drink voucher, where we have told something and at the bar something else, 3/ been charged full price on some items and discounted on other items (sorry Sir its in promotion) while the promotion isnt visible anywhere or even introduced, 4/ your room service couldnt manage to send us drinks (sorry sir bar is closed and we dont have any in room service) its a lost of business and for us was a surprising answer to a 24hours service. 5/ Blood Stains in the Bed sheet (are we suppose to follow the Hygiene and cleaning procedure)?! It seems that your linen wasnt checked or cleaned… 6/ Your FB Manager, was met to adresse the issues faced at the bar, and to understand what we couldnt understand from the staff, the gentlman was unprofessional, on a middle of a conversation, he showed no interest neither to listen to his issues or to explain, he juste left us talking and decided to watch a german guest passing with his bottle of Jack, i didnt feel valued at that time and decided to leave, when he relaized that i already moved he followed us, And I Had to stop him. As i cant talk to him anymore…. We have spent here almost 5 days after colleagues recommending the place. Unfortunately few details are not well mantained specially your cleaning

Nice short stay to visit Expo 2020

Good hotel, close approximately to Mall of the Emirates / Metro and other attractions like Dubai Marina, JBR and Dubai Mall. My stay is to visit the Expo 2020. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with room for improvement. Unfortunately there's no fitness center/gym to be used.

Bad room experience

First time to stay at Ibis Mall of Emirates and will be my last. First day i entered the room the bed side lamp was tilted and about to fall. 2nd day i had a cockroach in the the bathroom as well as midges flying all over the place. Last night in the room i noticed that the bed sheets are smaller than the mattress as well as long black hair on the mattress (i'm bald). Apart from my room the location is good and the staff are helpful but for one receptionist. I have stayed in a lot of hotels ranging from 2 to 5 stars and this by far is the worst of them.

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke, unresponsive reception desk, late wake up call

Reception was disrespectful and unwlecoming. When I tried to ask for a trolley to take my bags to my room, the man at reception actually said to me "this is a budget hotel" and did not help. Reception never picked up the phone. I asked for a wake up call at 4:40AM, I got a call at 4:55AM. Thankfully, I set my own alarms and didn't rely on them. Worst of all, I booked a non-smoking room and the room SERIOUSLY smelled of smoke and I wasn't able to breathe all night as I slept. I tried calling reception SEVERAL TIMES and no one picked up. I was too exhausted from traveling to make my way over to the desk in the middle of the night. Also, the towels did not seem clean at all. I told them in the morning about my issue and the receptionist just went upstairs and smelled the smell and did not attempt to get in touch with me, or offer me ANY compensation. Terrible hotel. Book anywhere else.

A very good stay for a tired traveler. The staff was very helpfull (especialy Nestle, hope I wrote her name wright, took care of all my problems and always had a good piece of informations for my questions). Good location, neer 2 metro stations, grocery store right neer the hotel. Very clean. A very good stay, I recommend this hotel.

I only stayed a night. I was busy with GITEX and other exhibitions so didn’t fully sink into staying at the hotel and experience the amenities. But I will say that the AC was not cooling at all. Despite it showing 18°C, it was still warm.

The hotel is located close to the mall . Checking-in was fast and efficient. The room was clean. Jefferson was great We had to ask for hand and bath towels which were delivered promptly.

When we arrive in the hotel, the lobby is so clean and it has good ambiance. We are upgraded to Novotel Hotel for some sort of reasons. The receptionist named Mary Ann assist us with a smile on her face. My partner said that he is very feel welcomed upon arriving in the hotel. We definitely come back again soon. Kudos to the staff who assists us in checking in and upon checkout. 👏👏👏
