Could be better. Not good choice for business stays

The entire Ibis could be better. - You packed the shampoo in a packcage that was impossible to open without scissors - I needed to exchange 100 Reais to pay for my cab and the reception claimed that they couldn't, I even offered to buy a water, still they couldn't exchange. How unprepared are you? - Room view was depressing

Good stay but with some reservation problems

Was a nice staying but a bit disappointing, first I went to claim my bedroom and the recepcionist said I made 2 single bed reservation but I have reserved 2 double-bed bedrooms for me and my friend. After a short discussion the recepcionist than have agreed to give us (me and my friend) 2 double-bed stayings but claming that the only berdrooms avaliable were adapted to PwP, since I was only using my bed to sleep just a few hours it wasnt so bad but I felt cheated because I had a normal double-bed room reservation so expected to have my normal one.

Inexpensive but could be cleaner

Location is alright, safe area with shops and gastronomy. Check in happened, but communicating with staff in english was difficult. Bathroom was clean, but heaps of dust under bed and mattress and in-room safe were visibly old.

Well located, nice staff but terrible breakfast

The staff and location were great. However the breakfast was terrible. First of all the selection was very poor for Brazilian breakfast, not many fruits available and some days not even bananas. Having visited Brazil several times I expected banana da terra, passion fruits, mangos etc. The fruit juices were not great either and we even got twice expired orange juice that tasted horrible. The food wasn’t very fresh, the bread tasted like it was not well defrosted and expired. The butter was not kept fresh either and did not tasted right. Many days, the quente frio was empty and the staff did not seem to anticipate that it will be empty. They did not check the level of cofee, only the guests had to complain to get coffee. I am really surprised about the breakfast quality, it is poor quality for an IBIS and very poor compared to other breakfasts I had in Brazil in past experience.
