The accommodation was reasonable. The bed is good, the setup of the bedroom is beautiful also. But I had some troubles. In my first bedroom the power plugs were not working so I needed to change the bedroom. The Wifi was really bad, terrible. The power plugs are 220V and I was not informed about it, so I need to back in the reception to take a converter (220V - 110V). I think you have a lot of points to improve. However the people from reception are nice and very helpful.

It was an average experience. Had issues with the A/C in the HOT weather of Rio. It took a loooong time to solve it. Couldn’t work because the work didn’t work and the crew didn’t help me with it. Had to cancel an entire day of work. Forgot my Rayban sunglasses in the other room whose AC wasn’t working and they said they didn’t find it. I stayed 10m waiting for new utensils during breakfast (many people and I)… Sooooo, I was done. Anticipated my return to SP because I was VERY tired of everything

Nice staff, no general complaints. Responsive to repairs. Horrible room l.. I arrived very tired from 20+ hours trip, 6 nights stay, received the worst room. Unable to open curtain. Horrible window facing old building with people being able to look immediately into my room. I would have asked for change, but I was there mostly evenings. Room should be blocked. Because I believe done on purpose, I will plan not to return to this hotel brand ever again.

Nice breakfast, so far the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel in Brazil. Good location next to a metro station. The rooms are clean and rather quiet, even though there was a dog and a bunch of kids on our floor. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent, literally zero, if you are hoping to work there - forget about any zoom calls, or choose another hotel. I had to cancel all my business meetings. The neighborhood is ok, I guess there’s no safe place in Rio but it was very decent even for a quick run to a nearby supermarket At night We saw it was possible to rent a bike in a hotel but as we were told, they were all broken and not available for rent. Very disappointing

they helped me find a place to ear nearby that was offering live music. they also try to find a bike tour for me but there was none available.

Night staff don’t speak English. I called to report noise (concert in the room) and they don’t answer the phone. I had to go to reception and speak to the staff (2am). I asked why he doesn’t answer, but he was busy texting on his phone. Disappointed. I am a premier Gold customer.

Nice hotel near copacabana beach. Good breakfast. The hotel is wheelchair accessible and has adapted rooms. However, the adapted rooms have a ramp access to the door which makes it difficult to push the chair and open the door at the same time. Ramp is not necessary when the floor is flat with not steps. Also the electronic plug are too far away from the bed. But in all a good hotel.

Everything was perfect until we tried the breakfast! Breakfast fast team very disorganised and unprofessional. The food did not rotate quickly enough and the tables were left dirty for long time. I had to clean a table myself before I could sat down with my family

A good budget hotel. Great location. Good eating spots nearby. Close to the beach within walking distance. Good front desk staff. Breakfast, more than adequate. Weal WiFi . Taxis available in front of the hotel. Close to domestic airport.

Clean and modern, good bed and AC, decent wifi (not so good for video calls), good location near the Copacabana beach, free beach towels, breakfast buffet ok. Staff helpful but some of them did not speak English at all. Some vegetables for breakfast and some hooks near the door in the hotel room would be fine.

Few hours in Copacabana

I stayed just few hours in Copacabana and in this hotel. It was a bit crowded due to a festival in Rio de Janeiro and the check in was delayed in the day I arrived. However the recepcionist was very helpful and offered a better room option than that I have booked. Other attendants were very busy probably due to the hotel was full booked that day. So, if people intend staying in this hotel for important events in Rio de Janeiro, probably some delays and lack of attention of some employes will occur. But in general, the hotel is very good.

Íbis Copacabana is a nice place, close to beach and Subway station. Staff are all committed with customer satisfaction, always willing to help and offer support. Breakfast is pretty good and bar products are also good.
