Very comfortable stay. Found the staff very helpful and accommodating to all requests . Breakfast was excellent . Only stayed a short time but would recommend this property . Rates were reasonable and location only a short ride to Main beach

Good hotel. Location is good: many alternatives nearby to have breakfast, shopping centers and well connected to the main motorways. The beach is far away and hard to reach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Services are sufficient but could improve: we spent one night without water in the WC and the lady forgot to clean the room one day. Breakfast is not very good: not very much food alternatives and not tasty. I recommend this hotel for a short stay and the cost-benefit is acceptable. I would stay again at this hotel.

Simple hotel. But worth the price

I’ve seen worse hotels for higher price so I recommend this hotel. Stayed for one day and one night while waiting for a flight. Menu has an average amount of variety, room wasn’t in perfect condition, some dents and scratches in the paint here and there but nothing that would make any difference. Bathroom door doesn’t have a lock in a room for a family of 3 with two beds which is weird. No closet, no microwave nor any kitchenware whatsoever. TV has netflix. Wifi worked great for watching videos and whatnot. Well placed outlets for charging phone and laptop (bring an adapter). Slept well and AC was working great (AC is a must-have in this region of Brazil. DO NOT go to any hotels without air conditioning). Price was cheap so I would go again if I’m ever in Natal again.

New hotel, very nice environment, good breakfast, The staff was nice , very helpful, and you can have nice food at night at the restaurant . A friend of mine came to visit me and was surprised with the style !

My experience The restaurant service is the worst I have ever seen in my travels. I have a Gold Accor card and I use it in Brazil today, but I intend to use it briefly in Europe. Sorry for commenting negatively on a hotel service. But I understand it is necessary to improve the services
