Second stay since the lockdown. This hotel was always my favorite choice in as business hotel when I am in the PACA: easy access from the highway, parking, room ok and above all a very good breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast is now very poor. The staff blames it on corona, but that's a very poor excuse as I have been to many other hotels in recent weeks where they have managed to adapt the normal breakfast to the new rules. You could expect ACCOR to do an extra effort to keep their loyal customers happy.

until yesterday I always was positively Impressen with Accor Hotels. My stay in Mandelideu was quite negativ. Entring the Hotel I passed one sign on which the room rate was given with 75€. The reception first gave me a room on 4th floor and when entering I recognized that somebody has been smoking in the room. Then I discovery that my room had a connection door and the door was not locked. It was possible to enter the room next door. Inside was a drunken lady. The reception then gave me a room on level +1. Next morning I had a wonderful breakfast! When checking out the receptionist charged for the room 85€. My protest had no success. I had to pay the rate from Tuesday morning, eventhough that the rate on Montag, when arriving was announced with 75€. I will go back to Mandelieu next week and it would be kind of Accor to acknowledge the mistake and refund the difference I had to pay more. That was my experience, for which I have written an complaint addressed to Accor.com yesterday by email.

First of all reception service took many days (around 4-5 days) to reply my e-mail request for reservation, I even called them and of course they did not understand English and on the phone I repeatedly told him to reply my e-mails please. The breakfast was included in the price before we came and when we checked with mipcom's hotel service recommendation website. In the time of check-in it was unexpectedly exluded and we had to pay more. Even staff cannot speak or understand English well, just as everyone in all Cannes and Nice probably in all France(!). It is not welcoming for foreigners because we dont have to speak French but everyone should at least understand English in this modern era and to be able to provide service if you are working in service sector. "Not being understood and impossibility of communication" is the thing that I will remember most when someone says "France". When it comes to services in the hotel; breakfast was good enough and satisfying. There was no slipper in the room and I had to step on the dusty and pricking wall-to-wall carpet with barefoot for 4 days, it was not nice. The worst thing, there was slime stain on the side of sink when I first stepped in the bathroom. My scalp has been irritated because of the soap/shampoo, there was same shampoo/soap for hand washing by the sink and for shower, do you all wash your hair with soap that you use for hands? The rooms were not soundproof, there was noise of knock coming from walls from a far-away room repeatedly in the mornings and nights. The only good things about the hotel; it was easy to go to Mipcom area with shuttle passing in front of the hotel and there was good enough breakfast, fast wifi. I won't stay again, thanks.

Stayed during festival time. felt the rate displayed at the hotel was cheaper than what I paid online. The tea coffee supplies were not replenished and the used cups were not cleaned for 5 days. Atrocious !! the quality of the breakfast was not too great. The room was clean and tidy. Location of the hotel is far from cannes and does not justify the high rate.

Nice located hotel but poorly runned. Absolutly no flair for service - with chairs broken, cleaning poor and spider net in the sealing. Been there severel times bu the current management are non existing. Ex. my 68 year wife had to change the broken chair her selves !! Never seen the like of it

Check in was the most positive aspect of our stay. Room was serviced but the supply of coffee was not replaced. Asked for more the following evening and could only obtain coffee and no milk, nothing else was available. There was also no meals available as advertised. Towels extremely thin. Would not return on our next trip.

On Saturday afternoon, Sept. 22 the computer system at the Ibis Cannes Mandelieu was not operating. Normally, this would have resulted in a considerable delay in check in time. However, the 2 women staff at the desk jumped into action and checked paper records and rapidly checked in arrivals as if there was no problem. Their immediate action and caring was extraordinary and should be recognized.

I found Ibis in Cannes last summer on some booking site. I loved the experience. This year when going back to South of France I chose Ibis in Marseille and Mandelieu. Both places are so 👍🏾. Your room design is so smart, every tiny place is used to the max. Smiley staff faces is always apreciated even late at night. Your prices are also very reasoanable too.

Nice welcome by one of reception staff when we arrived at the hotel. Most of the reception personel do not speak English well. The hotel position is nice and close to Cannes.(I had a car and it is easy to reach Cannes in 10 minutes.). Car parking area location is perfect which is just next to hotel and no payment for parking is a good benefit. Hotel room are so small which has an artificial and small bathroom. (added to room inside later than room build.) Breakfast is under average of continental standarts. Housekeeper personel at second floor @ 18th of July was so rude which i already mentioned to reception personel before we checked out.(Started knocking door from 10am to 11:30 to ask for cleaning room also said bad words in French @ our check out day however we were allowed to check out until 12:00 ). As a result, this hotel is under Ibis Standarts.

We took a room for 3 people, and the room was very clean and service was excellent, the main problem being is that we had a room facing the highway and the hotel was very near the highway and isolation was not that good, so sleep was not great. On the other hand, our other friends who had a double room opposite the highway slept very well... so the room makes the difference!

If you are looking for a short stop near the highway this place is perfect! The room was large enough, but I did not like the "plastic-all-in-one" bathroom very much. The bed is good, everything clean, friendly staff. I would stay again for a night or two.

Good location for shops and restaurants. Beaches seem a long walk but buses take you to good beaches quickly. Good Variety of food served quickly by staff and presented well.Good for business and conventions as Plais de congress next door AND toursist informnationoffice only 100 yards away.

Excellent location as my workshop was in Congress centre. Hotel staff was mix, one girl at reception was quite rude and uncooperative while other staff at reception was really good. Hotel facilities are average, nothing really exciting but in the price i think its a good value of money.

Not impressed with the 24 hour menu not being available 24 hours. Not impressed with a bar waitress carefully counting out my change for a 3.90 Euro drink, having been given 4 Euros, as 10 one cent pieces. shoving them across the counter and saying "these are for you". Was impressed by the receptionist, having explained my wife's dietary problems and that the 24 hour menu was not available, she organized a small quantity of appropriate food immediately, without charge. Very polite, helpful and courteous!!

Everything was fine with our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept well. The proximity to a free parkade was a big advantage. The breakfast we had in the hotel was plentiful and good tasting. The front desk personnel was helpful. The rooms were a bit small for two people. I would go back again to this hotel if I am in Mandedieu.
