Second stay since the lockdown. This hotel was always my favorite choice in as business hotel when I am in the PACA: easy access from the highway, parking, room ok and above all a very good breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast is now very poor. The staff blames it on corona, but that's a very poor excuse as I have been to many other hotels in recent weeks where they have managed to adapt the normal breakfast to the new rules. You could expect ACCOR to do an extra effort to keep their loyal customers happy.

until yesterday I always was positively Impressen with Accor Hotels. My stay in Mandelideu was quite negativ. Entring the Hotel I passed one sign on which the room rate was given with 75€. The reception first gave me a room on 4th floor and when entering I recognized that somebody has been smoking in the room. Then I discovery that my room had a connection door and the door was not locked. It was possible to enter the room next door. Inside was a drunken lady. The reception then gave me a room on level +1. Next morning I had a wonderful breakfast! When checking out the receptionist charged for the room 85€. My protest had no success. I had to pay the rate from Tuesday morning, eventhough that the rate on Montag, when arriving was announced with 75€. I will go back to Mandelieu next week and it would be kind of Accor to acknowledge the mistake and refund the difference I had to pay more. That was my experience, for which I have written an complaint addressed to Accor.com yesterday by email.
Weak when it is compared with other Ibis hotels in other countries

First of all reception service took many days (around 4-5 days) to reply my e-mail request for reservation, I even called them and of course they did not understand English and on the phone I repeatedly told him to reply my e-mails please. The breakfast was included in the price before we came and when we checked with mipcom's hotel service recommendation website. In the time of check-in it was unexpectedly exluded and we had to pay more. Even staff cannot speak or understand English well, just as everyone in all Cannes and Nice probably in all France(!). It is not welcoming for foreigners because we dont have to speak French but everyone should at least understand English in this modern era and to be able to provide service if you are working in service sector. "Not being understood and impossibility of communication" is the thing that I will remember most when someone says "France". When it comes to services in the hotel; breakfast was good enough and satisfying. There was no slipper in the room and I had to step on the dusty and pricking wall-to-wall carpet with barefoot for 4 days, it was not nice. The worst thing, there was slime stain on the side of sink when I first stepped in the bathroom. My scalp has been irritated because of the soap/shampoo, there was same shampoo/soap for hand washing by the sink and for shower, do you all wash your hair with soap that you use for hands? The rooms were not soundproof, there was noise of knock coming from walls from a far-away room repeatedly in the mornings and nights. The only good things about the hotel; it was easy to go to Mipcom area with shuttle passing in front of the hotel and there was good enough breakfast, fast wifi. I won't stay again, thanks.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, although sometimes a bit short of certain things. The rooms need a comfortable chair.

Stayed during festival time. felt the rate displayed at the hotel was cheaper than what I paid online. The tea coffee supplies were not replenished and the used cups were not cleaned for 5 days. Atrocious !! the quality of the breakfast was not too great. The room was clean and tidy. Location of the hotel is far from cannes and does not justify the high rate.
