Upon checking into my room the A/C didn’t work. Went to the front desk and was given another room. Went to that room and opened the door to a room with an unmade bed, dirty towels on the floor, open drinks on the table. So I went back down to the front desk and told the guy that my room was dirty. His reply was that it shows clean in the computer. I told him well it’s not. So he gave me another room. Which was fine. The best part about the entire stay was the breakfast.

Frontdesk personal makes you wait for many minutes before giving you some attention. Room general as[ect is good but there are many things showing it deserves an update. The main reason to stay at this hotel is the proximity to the airport. With a flight departure at 7:20 AM, the breakfast should be served at 6 as advised but it was late and I had to run to catch this flight.

I had done web checking but the hotel did not keep my data so I had to spend 30 minutes at my arrival to get my check in done. The room had dust and spider webs. The hotel only made available 1 body towel and no face towels. Even the cheap hotels have face towels...

the checkin took almost half an hour. I had been traveling for over 15 hours and just wanted to rest. I had to stand up for a long time, there was only one person and a huge queue.

The room smelled like mold. The AC, the minibar and the toilet fan were really really noisy. Above average noisy. The card system to use the elevators would constantly fail. The food was great all over. I've tried many dishes, all very well done. The coffee is really really bad. The brand they used (tres coracoes) is not a top tier coffee at all. I think the breakfast buffet shouldn't be allowed in pandemic times. That made me worry. Other hotels are having the buffet manned by staff and guests aren't allowed to enter the buffet. You should do the same. There were gloves but most people didn't use.

Novotel SDU stay after my trip to Europe. This is a good stay after a long trip, very convenient close to SDU airport. Only that misses in this hotel is a transfer to the Airport. Is close, but it is close enough to make it difficuklt to find taxi; at the same time it is not close enough to someone who needs to walk to the VERY DANGEROUS center of Rio de Janeiro

Very expensive for the quality that a received. Bad Smell, old furniture, air conditioning noisy, and dirty sheets. I will never return in this hotel. Thats sad a Brand like Accor offers in a big city a poor quality hotel !

Expensive , nothing included, had problems with the AC as soon as I arrived to my room from a long day s work and had to be moved to another room after two employees came to try to fix the AC. Fairly dissapointed to say the least

I would have to present my credit card what I had paid months ago. Without this I couldn't stay on the hotel. Terrible process. All of services are OK. The location near the airport is the vantage to stay in this hotel.
