« Well located »

The air was extremaly dry. I needed to use a lot of cosmetics in order to keep my skin in acceptable condition. Room quality was satisfying, however nothing excellent. Cleaning service was excellent. Bathroom quality was acceptable, but could be improved (shower doors were poorly placed, very neer to toilet). Also floor could be made of tiles instead of this thing that is right now :) For business travel it was fine, but for family stay and 4-star hotel I'm expecting more.

« Fantastic vacation spot »

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they gave me an upgraded room on Christmas day. This was very unexpected but wonderful at the same time. The room. a junior suite, was the best room I've ever stayed in while in Korea. I recommend it to everyone.

Very old hotel, generally room is very dark. Bathroom is quite small and drainage is not so smooth. The only good thing is reasonable price and free parking. Bed is good, but TV is very small. Generally good for the tourist who has limited budget

I think needs renovation, the carpet was old and the ceiling was stained. The attention was good but needs improve english. The toiletries were so basic, only shampoo and soap, no cap shower.

« Good location for business stay »

Very good location of hotel allows to get fast into business area (mostly Samsung Digital City), fun area (lot of bars, etc) and shops. Hotel silent with quite good breakfast. However if you are "tea" amateur note that they have only Lipton.

the hotel interior is old, and not up to date. Initially I was placed on the inside of the hotel. So no window with view outside, worse than a prison. I was able to get a room on the outside. That room was much better. However the look and feel is not up-to-date anymore. Relative small room with outdated feeling

« Uncomfortable pillows, hard to sleep »

I have stayed many times at Ibis Ambasador Suwon. I am from Australia so I find the rooms rathe small and cramped. View inside rather oppressive, buit at leat there is light Pillows are uncomfortable so I always have difficukty sleeping. I have asked for other pillows, but apparently there is only one type. For that reason if it were my choice I would choose another hotel Staff polite and helpful

« Okay. except for breakfast. »

okay. Except that breakfast can be better: -Assortment is okay but not timely refiled -Tables dirty. Plates of visitors finished breakfast stay on the table. -Need to find a spot between all dirty plates. -sometimes need to wait too long at the entrance of breakfast before someone is available to see my room number and approve the breakfast. --> my conclusion is not enough human resources available to manage breakfast.
