Ibis in renovation but no notice what so ever to moved to Novo earlier. The Novo room was not as expected. No hot water, I was sneezing which indicate dust. Mini fridge is like useless

As always , Accor group in Solo City should forever be grateful by having such great personality as Mr Ismoyo. I was greeted by Mr Yoga during checking in and it was delightful. However , I despise Ibis styles Solo security team for unable to attend guest expectation. Do I look like someone who came from the fresh market carrying heavy luggage and should not be offered help? Please Ibis Styles management team, you really should work on your security team or at least recruit concierge team that is able to offer assistance to guest arriving or departing .

I have been being customer of this hotel chain. Overall, ibis style solo never let me down. Recently I stayed in ibis semarang, the room is excellent, but the food and other services was below the standard I know. What I like with ibis hotel is kind of "beyond the value of money". Many budget hotels were born recently and I tried most of it, but ibis will be my top choice after all. So... Please keep working to meet the standard as should be.
