The experience was okay. I’m always staying at this hotel but sometimes the rooms that I have are not that good (noise with the AC, not all sanitary package, missing sleepers etc..)

OK stay. big room, clean. Room furniture and equipment a bit dated. (e.g. clockradio with iPhone connector from previous generation (2012 and before) - this says a lot. In room dining was not a great experience; I ordered a shawarma: poor quality and poorly served.

Generally i had a pleasant stay, just the furniture has some issues, and the room availability was a problem, first 3 days they make me stay in smoking room, i had to stay as my booking un-refundable other wise i would left the hotel

I booked a stay of 5 nights. then I only stay one night only because of the smell in the room and the furniture of the apartment. with no upgrade availability and no other room to move!! really a bad experience with this hotel

Getting worse and worse

Last two stays were terrible. Dirty rooms and so many missing items. I got promisses from reception to change the room but nothing happened. I decided not to book this hotel any more. I booked this hotel more than 10 times during the last 12 months and was okay.

Unfortunately, it was not good experience at Novotel Riyadh Al Anoud because the location and the exact room . I do not think so will go back to stay there.

Booked Royal Suite for the family with Kitchen. No minimum vassals/frying pan, dishes and cutleries.- Shall be improved. Sink faucet is not fixed properly. Bath tub drain not operable. No drain point in the bathroom and toilet floors leading to stagnant water. With these negatives there is no value for money. Only the location is convenient as the hotel is located in the city centre.

It was a nice stay, but the room not comfortable the bed & the Furniture. So the service not bad . But they need to renew so furniture. The parking not good because not have space for all cars. I hope to get my points.
