« Cat friendly but slightly dated »

The place is nicely located nearby Sathorn, Lumpini Park. Car park is available on site which is a great bonus and even more they do accept small pet (as long as it won’t disturb neighbors). Overall experience was pleasant, staff provided adequate instructions for our stay. The only complain I may have is a smell of smoke that must have occurred some time ago as it is not too strong but still can be felt, and some parts of the room got an old feel to it but overall does the job quite well. No complain, happy stay!

The bathroom needs a good clean with bleach, they don’t clean the bathroom at all. I booked the city view bedroom and I got on the 2nd floor with roof views, they told me that they don’t have a height floor, so I paid more expensive bedroom for nothing and who paid cheap one gets the better one.

« Central quite place of the hotel with great breakfast service and bar »

I stay many times In the Ibis Sathorn and I like the central but quite place of the hotel. Always friendly and helpful service staff in the morning through breakfast or if you like to get a drink on the bar. Just the reception sometimes a little arrogant or neutral to the customer. The bathroom (shower area) has a lot of mold. The mold can be found on the mirror and on the tiles. That is not a staff problem that is a missing check of supervisors. Hope that the management make a quick check to get an overview and implemented a process that the supervisor makes quality check in the future.

Very bad service at the restaurant. Lazy staff wait 35 mn to get my meal and 20mn to get bootle of water. There is only 3 tables and it seem the same for other table. First time i try restaurant in ibis and last time

Have stayed here several times before as its close to the places we want to visit and it has the benefit of an underground car park. Friendly and helpful staff as always. Had the upgraded room which was comfortable and clean.

An overall good stay. The check in process took some extra time, and even though I checked in before arrival, nothing was made ready. Nice location and excellent having a tuktuk going regularly to either MRT or BTS. I'm satisfied with our stay and will likely be back at another time.

The exterior building of the hotel appears rather old but the interior is kept clean and well furnished. It is located within the lane, not too far from the MRT Lumphini but further away from the BTS Sala Daeng. There is free shuttle to both the MRT and BTS. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable but the water from the shower is very weak. The receptionists are courteous but the housekeeping staff needs to be more polite. The breakfast is average, perhaps more hot dishes could be made available.
