When I check in the key that they have given was not working they have informed me that the technicien will be comming later to repair the lock.I called the house keeping to open the door.I called the reception to send the Techniticien to come and repair my room.They told they are busy for 3hrs.I put my bags and whent out to have lunch and when I came back lots of ants in my room.I called the reception then they changed my room.

Good thing. 1. Support and helpful from staff F&B even they got many guests in the morning but they've tried to service as long as they can do. 2.Reasonable price Area to improve 1. FO asked ID card for all guests which we've 3 persons for 2 rooms with breakfast one of us didn't bring ID card to hotel but it was in car. We do understand that it's your policy concerned with Breakfast but it make us fail down coz she told us what if you don't have ID card, we'll noted in system 1 person able to have breakfast until you bring ID card. This one is not really make sense because of you sell same rate for 1 or 2 persons. It should have better good reason or explaination. 2.Front office should not use word "ja" with customer because it's not make guests feel closed or break the ice. 3.Unclear information from Security for Parking, due to fully parking at Ibis, He told us to park at Biggest Parking in stead but not tell where is it and explained that we have to park at Mercure or Holiday inn. Hotel should provide clear sign about Parking. 4. There're no towels in 2 rooms but it's not big issue. The big issue is when i called to follow up 2nd time, Front office hang up the call without notice and Housekeeping told and when Housekeeping brought towel, he didn't say apology. 5.Broken door lock, it seem broken for room 603 so you should take care of this more due to it concerned with security.

Ibis pattaya is very good at service, clean, food also good near to all the entertainment places liked it ,this is my 3rd time stay i am satisfied hope to stay again with my family and friends i also recommend to my besties.

« It was not an accor as I experienced »

Overall service was good. The hotel itself not meet my expectations. I was given room 554 which is near the small street that connected with Holiday Inn. I can hear the noise from cars moving over the gap on this location all night. The room was below my expectations in term of quality of sleeping. The bed quality is low, pillows and bedsheets has some unpleasant smell. Pillows are flats and hard, it seem like has been used for years. All bedding fabrics are fade and look aged. The air conditioning system gave appropriate temperature but it has noise every 10-20 mins, the noise was tricked me to woke up during the night.

Hotel support me by upgrade my room to Family Suite room it made me impressed as my Platinum member benefit are useful even this hotel quite high occupancy. I know that it is subject on available room but I’m proud to be Accor platinum member. And hotel staff are friendly and fully support even they are very busy while my check in and check out experiences.

Hotel ambience is very neat and clean. Reception counter is very professional and friendly. Size of the room is very narrow. Bathroom also very narrow in size. No amenities provided in bathroom. Only 2 bottles of drinking water is given. Room service is not done. Breakfast quality is not upto standard.

« Comfortable hotel in a good location »

Everything was fantastic. The location is very good easy to walk to Terminal 21 or another places. There are 2 7-11 nearby which is very convenient. But when I checked in there is 1 problem is the key is not working at the room’s door, so I have to move the room. It’s okay because I haven’t unpacked my bag yet. But, overall is great and see you next time.

It was pleasant stay. Stuffs are too friendly. Rooms are clean, Breakfast was good. All through neat and clean. I stayed at 759 and privacy was good. Room Service also excellent.

« Good Hotel with good staff and nice location! »

The experience was good. Only thing we didn't like was that the room was very compact and even the Balcony was very compact. Further, I would like to suggest that as many Indians are visiting and staying at your Hotel, it would be very nice if you could offer at least 2-3 veg Indian food items in breakfast instead of one single item as currently being offered.
