We’ve stayed many times before however this was far from our most pleasant stay. Firstly the advertising of a buffet dinner was a lie and we wouldn’t have returned to the hotel if we had know it was a set menu instead. Despite this the food that night was excellent. The roof top pool was terrible as it was too hot and did not provide relief from the heat at all. There was not enough shade provided by the umbrellas and you had a drink special but didn’t have enough coconuts so the staff wouldn’t honour the price and made us select other refreshments. The room was great however we were put in a room far away from the beach which is a shame considering we are Accor members and AVC owners.

We stayed at the Pullman as a special birthday treat for my husband. We enjoyed the hotel very much, in fact we had no real reason to leave the hotel. The comforts are all there. The staff are all very accommodating and willing to please. We enjoyed a lovely ocean view room.

I am not sure how many times I have been to Pullman Legian, but it only gets better. There is nothing they will not do to help. Haity is always super attentive and ready to help in the restaurant. I love mangos and Ayu and Seni organised to bring a tree ripened one from their home. It doesn't get more committed than that. The front desk with Asti, and Nanncy's constant attention and checking is amazing, as well as her room decoration. It's the whole team that shine, as well as the trainees. Well done, you are all amazing from Mark the GM to the gardeners, cleaners and security. 'I'll be back.'

Fanastic stay and very helpful staff members. The main issues we faced were: 1. Noise in the room from neighbours and other which continued throughout our stay despite complaints on a daily basis. 2. Inconsitent amenities: despite the heat and my wife and I being in the room for 10 days, we were never given enough towels, amenities and a ridiculously low quantity of water considering the heat. We had to request these every day extra. 3. The AC in the room does not function properly despite our request for it to be fixed on our first night and the following days which means room temperatures were uncomfortable. Furthermore, the AC is quite noisy. Despite all of this, staff members were very helpful and kind and always ready to assist us. The breakfast is fantastic and room service is also excellent.

Short Stay for Business - comfortable with all the facilities you'd expect. Very friendly and helpful staff which makes the stay more enjoyable. Only thing was the odour from the shower water in the room - definitely needs some attention. Takes the shine off a good morning waking up to a bad smell in the shower. If this was rectified it would be a much better stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Hotel is right on the beach and close to airport, rooms are clean and with all comforts you need but what I specially enjoyed the most is how friendly and helpful all employees are, in particular I'd like to thanks Ms. Amy Aryani, who went above and beyond to find me a new plane ticket when my original plane ticket was canceled and I only had one dat to do this. Staff were amazing. I wouldn’t say it was a 5 star hotel!! Our bathroom was disgusting and the shower stunk it was terrible!! It was like the water pooled in a corner and smelt like mould!!

We loved staying at the Pullman. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. The facilities were great. We loved the infinity pool. Everything was reasonably priced. The beauty services were fantastic too. The only complain I had was that the in room lighting wasn't sufficient enough at night time.

Stayed here from the 6th of January for 11 nights. In walking distance to all of your daily shopping and eating needs. Enjoyed daily breakfast with limitless coffee. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely revisit and I highly recommend.

first time stay at the very good one hotel, amazing..but i've not had much time to stay a long..[saaaaaddd.. :( ]. hopefully someday i'll be back to stay much longer
