- Check-in process was very smooth. - Before arriving, due to my long trip, I sent email informing the team I will arrive late, and the team responded in few minutes with confirmation... so response time is amazing. - During my stay the team was very helpful & cooperative in everything. - Cleaning the room was totally perfect... thanks to the lady responsible for that. - Dining, mainly breakfast, was perfect as well.

Hotel management has taken very good precautions for Covid-19 Pandemi. The hotel was very clean and hotel staff is very respectful and helpful. I am very satisfied with my accomodation.

We enjoyed the convenient location and the Reception desk were very kind. The room was really in need of renovation. It was sub standard and the bathroom was more than depressing and not thoroughly cleaned.

So small but clean rooms. So much hot inside. No way to turn off heater. It accepts outside noises easily. It was not satisfied us.

Hello, First of all if you didn’t send me this email, I already decided to send an email about my experience, so thanks for asking. My English not so good at it but I’m gonna try, sorry for that from now. 1- My room reservation was include breakfast, I’m sure what I chose. When l complete the reservation, l have seen discount for the room charge. But when we arrived hotel, they said breakfast is extra charge. We paid it obligated. 2-Our room with two single bed, but there wasn’t space between two single beds, contrary that looks like a double bed. 3-In the bath, not enough shampoo and drinks. These are little and cheap things for the hotels but for guests important because it’s about comfort. 4-Breakfast time, at 10:20 they were start closing up the kitchen, Whereas we were still continuous. We had chosen to your hotel because we we trusted your international service standart. But that time, we stayed just one night. Next day we moved another hotel, which was city centre, more comfortable and cheap than your hotel. Thanks for your time.

Yapmış olduğumuz kontrollerde rezervasyonunuzun kahvaltı hariç olarak yapıldığını görmekteyiz , sizlere ulaşan kahvaltı dahil olduğunu belirten bir konfirmasyonunuz var ise gerekli düzenlemeler için paylaşmanızı rica ederiz. Banyolarımızda Avrupa Birliği standartlarına uygun Ecolabel sertefikalı şampuanları kullanmaktayız , şampuanlarımız duş bölmesinde asılı olarak bulunmaktadır, standartlarımız gereği odalarımızda 2 adet su ve çay, kahve seti ikram olarak misafirlerimize sunulmaktadır. Kahvaltı büfesi hafta içi saat 10:30 a kadar bulunmaktadır yaptığımız CCTV kamera kontrollerinde 20 Aralık günü kahvaltının 10:35 te toplanmış olduğunu görmekteyiz, sizlerin memnuniyetsiz ayrılmasındaki nedenleri fırsatınız olması durumunda bizler ile paylaşmanızı rica ederiz, Değerli görüşlerinizi ilettiğiniz için tekrar teşekkür ederiz Saygılarımızla Hacer Şener - Önbüro Ekip Lideri

Because the outside was too loud, it was impossible to open the windows. The air conditioning from the new restaurant on the area of the parking lot are too loud. I think the hotel was overcrowded until the last room and the capacity of the facilities for the hot water supply was overwhelmed. the following morning we had no hot water for taking a shower.

We have request the necessary actions from the neighboring restaurant and the air system has been covered to limit the noise. On the 7th of the month late night we have received a fire alarm which automatically blocked the gas valves therefore we were not able to provide hot water temporarily, please accept our apology for the inconvenience you have experienced. ibis Eskisehir is the best option at Eskisehir province. It is in middle of city center. Very good and clean rooms, very kind staffs. It has parking area for your cars. Very easy check-in and check-out. Only drop your room card in the box at reception. That's it. Enjoy your stays in this pretty hotel..

Location is perfect, just the heart of the city. Personnel were very friendly and positive.The breakfast will be much better. Fried eggs were recooked in microwave so it was like a cake.There was not that mistaken before. hopefully will not make again.

hotel location is very good. It's just in the middle of the city. There are lot of bistro's, bar's and restaurants around the hotel. Porsuk river is almost 500 mt far from the hotel. Very clean and confortable rooms, excellent breakfast and very kind staff.

If you want to be at the hearth of the city that never sleeps it is the perfect place. But if you want to rest and sleep this will not be for you... Close to tram and shopping centers. Lot of great bars and restaurants around. Have free otopark.
