Bad breakfeast. Very old. Not worth the stars it holds

Breakfeast is not good. They use low quality ingredients. Not worth the stars it hold. Not very clean. Room Floor is carpet based. Not good. I saw also cleaning lady use toilet brush out of its cart, which means water from toilet drips on the carpet all over the hotel. I don't think the hotel will be improved by Accor. They try to push gor near by Sofitel and keep Novatel bas as it is now.

As part of the Gate 1 Morocco tour, this hotel was the worst among the places we stayed at. Our room (# 701) was too hot: the AC was not working. We called and they finally sent someone who claimed he fixed it. But it was the same and we had to open the windows to sleep. Luckily outside it was in the 70s. The pillows were too soft with no support at all. Additionally, breakfast was horrible and extra utensils were nowhere to be found. We were not used to having people smoke with indoor dining.

The room I was given the Air conditioning wasn’t working and it had an unpleasant carpet smell. I complained but the room wasn’t change until the next day when the electricity in the room tripped off while I was ironing. The second room was okay , no complains at all

I have a late check-out request at 03:00pm right at check-in, but around 01:30pm, the housekeeping staff entered the living room by themselves without knocking, and when they left, there was no apology. - The food at the restaurant makes me allergic. - Restaurant staff unfriendly, unprofessional. - When I wrote a letter to report the incident via email to the hotel, I did not receive any response.

Honestly I was Accor group member since April 2013 and never expected to get the experience I got this time in all aspect in Novotel , if I were a manager or decision makers at this property I shout down the hotel or immediately change the entire management and staff
