Location is close to main roads of downtown which makes it good for walkable tours around. The room is clean and staff is friendly. I got welcomed with a hamper of fruits which is a nice touch. The only thing is that it's so pricey for the standard, overseas this is priced for half of it.

As always, we can see and feel that the accord Hotel group, try and do the best in purpose to ameliorate the service for the Guests, but this also push us to ask you to make another effort, for example, in the summer, is better to put in the room a big water bottle, in place of this one (1/8 L ).

It was okay,the staff were very welcoming,friendly and very professional,it would be more comfortable if we had a extra set of bath towels as one wasn’t enough and a small fridge in the room will be perfect as they’re in most of hotels.

Hello, My name is Riyadh.B originally from Tlemcen and living outside of Algeria, I wanna let u know that ibis devision tlemcen is one of the best resort in all the area. The stuff are respectful and really kind till they make you feel that it's a family wich is not is available in all the hotels they give you the impression of it it's rare these days. I wanna thanks the all team for their great work and professionalism Food is good and rooms are clean and the security guards are doing their work perfectly. It's a great place to stay if you go to Tlemcen. Good luck and thanks again

Hello , First,,I booked the ibis hotel Tlemcen online,using reward points ,when I arrived to the hotel giving my reservation ,the person in the desk don't know much about the reward point réservation. I tried much to make him understand. Second, the room not very clean,dust on the floor,the bedsheet and pillow not clean :( the bathroom tube, should be renewed. Looks very old. For the positive point,mattress was confortable, the breakfast was great.

As an usual customer to ibis hotels all over the world This is the fist time happened to me, when i was working in my room two cleaning ladies knocked my door in order to clean the room i told them iam inside the room still working and one of them told me but this is your departure day (it was only 09h00 A.M) i said i'm sorry the check out is supposed to be at 12h00 not at 09H00 and you are disturbing me right now because i was working and you don't have to tell me this with such away; i got angry and i stopped everything and i went to the reception for complainig; really a very bad experience.....

The quality of service in Ibis hotels is pretty standard: clean, comfortable, but with no trace of charm. However, in this case there was a distinct lack of professionalism: the bar was badly stocked (poor selection of spirits, no white wine, no tonic water, and sometimes no ice); the reception desk was unable to organise a taxi for 8 a.m. ("we work with one driver and he's busy").

This is my second stay in this hotel. Was here also about 6 months ago for business reasons. What concerns the rooms, this IBIS is like any IBIS on this planet I have been. I liked the breakfast and diner buffet. But I noticed one time that the employee, when I had to pay for the buffet didn't have an idea of the different options and prices, when not using a complete buffet. Except one other hotel in Tlemcen, this is the only place where alcohol is legally sold in the bar or restaurant. When you don't speak French or Arabic, it might be difficult to communicate with the people working in the bar and restaurant.

For businesses reasons I stayed in this hotel for a period of almost 5 weeks during the month September and October 2015. What concerns the restaurant, I have no complains. The food quality and variety it's above the average compared with other IBIS hotels. The only "minus" if the service in the bar. There is not enough staff in the evening to serve the guests. Most of the times, I had to ask several times before my drink was served and it looked often that locals were helped much faster than the hotel guests.
