What impressed me the most after a 3-day stay in Ibis Muscat was the staff, particularly at the reception. Staff were helpful and humorous, who made me feel the hospitality in this city. Facility-wise the hotel was well maintained and the room was clean and decent with a nice view overlook the city. If there is something to be improved, it would be the key card. For unknown reason my key had to be revalidated every day but it's only a minor issue.

The experience was not good, as I was in a real need for something to drink but the restaurant was closed although in the menu is mentioning 24/7. The parking is poor managed as cars are block on each other and I arrived my meeting late because of that

Pros: Beds and pillows are comfy, Breakfast had variety and coffee was ok. Staff were friendly specially the staff in the breakfast named Nica, she was helpful and pleasant to talk with too. Cons: AC in lobby and restaurant is not working and I have learned that its been out of order for months now. Ironing board is very limited thus I have to call for it everyday and bring it out my room everyday after I finish using it, which is a hassle and to be frank very unusual for a branded hotel.

It is great because I m still staying in ur hotel & I m gold Accor, all facilities are ok but the shaving kit u provide on demand, u must shave ur self and see whether it is worth, u should either stop giving such razor or should not spoil Accor. Whatever u provide it must be user friendly or u shouldn't provide just say no.

The room (422) given to me was infested by bed bugs. I did not have the time to complain during my stay cause i thought it was just a simple allergy. After i checked out in the afternoon, and was heading to the airport to catch my flight, the itching got worst and the bites became visible all over my body. I am a regular customer at Ibis and this is the second time i had this experience. The first time it happened to me was way back 2018 but it was not that much and i was also headed to my vacation so i did not have the time to report it. I hope you could fix this problem for your future guests. Thank you.

I was charged 40 omr to keep billing open ,else i would nit be able to order from restaurant and was told ,balance would be refunded when i check out,however on check out -i was told that it would reflect in my account in 7 working days -no such amount has been refunded and i cant go back to Oman for 40 omr -so obviously its more a cheating with me

When we made a plan to Oman from Dubai, we searched Ibis in our google map and head to Oman when we checked in ..we did not have anyone to assist our luggage neither showing our way to room ..the reception lady just said our room no is 508 and we had to find our own way to the room. Which we thought this might be the way they do..according to the Price of the room. And we discovered that they do have shop, shampoo but they had the dispenser which was dry..if you do not provide shop and shampoo please remove the dispenser. Room as ok according to the rates given..Breakfast was again a disaster. We felt it was cooked last night and kept and reheated again.

The room was fine and importantly the shower good. However the pillows were poor and the wash basin cramped by the WC in the toilet. Breakfast reasonable. Central location handy. Spent time checking in online but check in took more than 8 minutes, regardless.
