Very old, carpets were stained, parking was expensive, shower was leaking water outside the frame, no drinking water bottle, TV remote was not not working well, and in this digital age charging for wifi is a unforgivable sin.

I stayed for two nights and had to be moved at 9.30 on the second night as toilet broke and wouldn't stop flushing. The rooms are very tired with stains on the carpet and marks all over the furniture. The TV remote was difficult to turn on and off in both rooms but may have just been batteries. I couldn't find any information regarding the restaurant or room service, no menus not even on the TV menu for the hotel.

My reservation had been cancelled by Accor without my knowledge but when I checked in the staff member was happy to reinstate it. Room was clean and bed comfy. The bathrooms are quite small. Now I just need to hope Accor reinstate a load of points that were taken back!

Reception staff were excellent as per usual standard. Have stayed many times and this has always been a stand out. Rooms were very good with no issues at all. Unfortunately breakfast was a complete disaster. We were the only ones there (4) and 3 of the orders were delivered wrong. 1st dish was finished before last one was delivered and quality was sub standard which is very unusual. Given we were the only 4 there my expectations were a lot higher. This is the only time I have been disappointed with breakfast which is usually a buffet but given C19 it is now a'la carte. My mind boggles to think what it would have been like it the restaurant had been full. Overall a disappointing stay given the usual standard that was missing in spades at the restaurant. The usual is why I belong to ALL.

Room was fine EXCEPT room 1205 had a Toilet room built for Midgets! How on earth any person of reasonable size could use it, beggars belief! Surprised dining room did not change its menu in 3 Days!

We stayed 2 nights, the reception was faultless, every endeavour was made to make our stay perfect. We were rung before we arrived to see if there was anything further we needed. Our room was too warm, {this is not a fault, for overseas visitors they would most definitely need the warmth} anyway when we asked if we could have the airconditioner turned off this was done for us Excellent. What was very disappointing was, we booked for dinner for 4 people, there was only 6 guests altogether in the dinning room so they were not busy. Our main meals of Fish was inedible, as were the vegetables a broccoli with sauce, one was on the boarder of being burnt. we had too wait far too long between dishes. quite honestly we would not recommend your dinning meals. We sent our meals back and everyone was apologetic but that really was not good enough. I was asked to write it all down at reception the next morning when we booked out and have had no response which I also find quite amazing.

Very good. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit chilly though. Apart from that was just great. Dinner was delicious especially the smoked venison

Staff were great, went out of their way to help me. Bed was horrible, way too soft. Got hardly no sleep. Ended up moving to the couch at 4am. $20 for breakfast, received 1 waffle with a banana on top - rip off. The A/C air was very very dry. Ended up turning it off at 4am, and then woke at 7am to a cold room.
