I had a project to photograph just a short away and so the hotel made a perfect base. The staff were brilliant and friendly, which made the whole ‘Covid’ experience bearable and workable. The area is attractive too, particularly with the Avon just a stones throw away.

Essential trip after 13 months WFH but team made me feel welcome in these unusual times, safe practices to control access and the explain how meals were available etc. Room clean, openign windows to allow fresh air which was key reason I chose this hotel.

Had a project to photograph just down the road, so the hotel was ideally situated. Considering we are in still having to live with Covid and it's restrictions, staying at the hotel was quite painless. Staff were brilliant and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. When I'm back on site again later this year I'll definitely stay again. Thankyou!

The hotel is very good located in the right location. Only the menu in the food should be different and variety of different delicacy should be there for meals so that people have good options to choose from.

Bed very uncomfortable, very noisy air heater which shakes and vibrates in room 226 which kept me awake, very unhappy. Apart from that the Staff were very helpful and pleasant, food was ok, room was clean

The staff are lovely and the room is clean and well suited to business trips... but the in-house food was awful. Pricey and near inedible. The lasagna managed to be cooked in the middle, half cooked and burned on the edges. The burger was pretty bland and the fully-loaded nachos were dry and just awful. The worst part was that this costed a premium... We were happy to pay a premium for convenience but after a long trip having nearly inedible food really soured our experience... The rest of the experience was flawless and we will be back... but we will deffos order in.

Although Accor describes this hotel as Ibis Budget its features are equal to those of a more substantial hotel. The foyer area ; the bar ; the general standard of maintenance ; cleanliness ; and, friendly and helpful staff stand out. I'm not sure about the quality of the food, although the provision of food is helpful during the current lockdown. My room was quiet. I can't work the air conditioning unit. What do the buttons mean on the control panel? I asked for a heater, as the weather was cold. The bed is comfortable, and the good size of the room is great. Since people are welcoming and the hotel seems to be well run you get positive memories.

I stayed for 3 nights. Even though there were tight restrictions due to COVID, the staff were very welcoming at made you feel at ease. The rooms are comfortable and the food was good under the circumstances. A special thanks to Azorra and Monica who were very professional and friendly. Nothing was to much to ask. Well done ladies!

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, very close to the train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is super helpful, particularly the woman who checked me in, Azzurra, who made me feel valued and welcome. The team is doing quite a good job by keeping the environment covid safe and super clean. Will definitely come back.

I had to get to Bristol airport for 6am on New Year's Eve and so stayed at IBIS Bristol Temple Meads on 30th Dec. I arrived circa 6pm tired & cold but there was a warm welcome for me from Monika who very kindly agreed to print off some travel documents for me - without them, given the current restrictions due to the pandemic, boarding my flight would not have been so easy. Monika attended to my needs and made sure everything was in order even though this was at 7pm - the end of her shift.
