You can stay at cleaner and better hotels for half of the price in cairo. The bathroom was really outdated and dirty. Kind of gross to be honest. Same thing with the carpet. The bed sheets were stained/dirty and had little wholes lien if they were really old. Check out was tedious and long. Very inconvenient if you are in your way to the airport to catch a flight. They made us wait while one staff member went to check the room before letting us go. Long wait for no reason.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the Opera House and Hanager theatre. I had a great view of the Nile. Although the boats played loud music until the early morning, I liked the atmosphere. **Omar** was a great help with housekeeping on the 4th Floor 1-8 September, many thanks to him. Breakfast buffet is great and the roof has nice restaurant with kind staff. You can change money using an ATM in the hotel.

You can stay at this hotel if only you stay to sleep at night and have a good breakfast in the morning before you start you day. I stayed 4 days at this hotel and to be fair, will point out all good and bad points of this hotel: - Good breakfast and very friendly stuff at the restaurant. - The location is great and you just can walk to some good restaurants, and Cairo tower. - Very delicious local food and Shisha at the rooftop restaurant. But better to order some appetisers first if you’re really hungry because the food need about 30 minutes to be served. - bad internet connection in the room “you cannot even do a video call using the hotel wifi” it is okay if you just looking to browsing stuff, the internet is better in the restaurant or at the rooftop. - bad room service “the room service guy, twice woke me up to ask whether I need to clean my room, even tho he knew the door is locked… he knocked the door and keep knocking even after he tried to open the door and it was locked, he closed the door and continue knocking till I woke up and told him, NO NEED TO CLEAN THE ROOM”. - The room facing the Nile is very noisy, well I understand it is tourist area where the music keep playing till morning, but the hotel can do a better job with noise cancellation system for their rooms and window, especially it is rated 4 stars hotel. Aside from this I think everything else was okay.
