Never stayed in Cheltenham before, but I'm glad we did. Great place to visit and Queens Hotel is a great place to stay. The staff, from the welcome staff, service staff, bar staff, were all very polite, courteous and looked fresh and attentive, even after the previous week being the festival, where they were packed and must have been run off their feet. Thank you again Queens for a memorable stay.

We were nearly put off coming by the extra charge for parking. It might be just us but we would prefer one overall price. On the website your have to press the parking button to find out about the charge. I know this is usual but these days but it still grates and Greeks mean. Grips over we were delighted with the rest of our stay. Staff could not have been more helpful and the ambience was terrific. Would stay again on our next trip to Cheltenham.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was nice overall although the bathrooms are tiny, there is no chance of more than on e person being in there at a time.

Our room was lovely at the front of the hotel, the only issue was it was extremely hot with little or no good quality air conditioning. Having to sleep with the window open was not great due to the noise outside. The breakfast was great with lots of variety to choose from and excellent quality. We also had dinner included and were not very impressed that when we asked for tap water with our meal we were bought a bottle of still at the cost of almost £5! When we asked for more tap water we were charged a further £5 for another bottle of water...needless to say no tip was left that night. Overall a nice stay during a very busy Cheltenham week.

We requested and received a quiet room. We were allowed to keep our cases in our room till noon which was very helpful. Reception was also helpful at allowing us to use the car park for about 30 minutes after we had checked out of the hotel. I felt the receptionist should have known it was at least our third stay and not asked “have you stayed with us before?” Surely it is all logged on your computer against my account?

Whilst retaining the historic charm of the original hotel, the MGallery updates throughout the hotel ensure a relaxing and very comfortable experience at the Queens. From the beautifully decorated rooms, to the delicious served hot breakfast in the elegant restaurant, this hotel is worth more than one visit.

Very good apart from the Montpellier Suite had a strong smell of drains/sewage so Larna moves us to another Suite. Moving is never that convenient and whilst this was accepted we were not offered any partial refund or gesture.
