« Winter visit »

We stayed in one of the garden building rooms. It was comfortable and quiet. The staff were cheerful, pleasant and professional. We were visiting members of the family who live nearby and we'll be back soon.

Decent room and facilities. Was surprised to be woken up by dogs barking - wasn’t made aware some rooms allow dogs. Wife asthmatic so a concern this wasn’t made clear when choosing a room

staff very friendly, room clean and well appointed. If there was one shortfall...ideally USB plug in availability for travelers to easily charge phones, iPad, electronic devices.

We decided to stop over on the way home from London, at short notice. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed the food, the ambience and our room was great. We would definitely stay again.

« Comfortable hotel with dated rooms nestled in the picturesque Surrey Hills »

Short but pleasant stay. High price for such a dated room; did not match the Superior categorization. Evening meal expensive for such a small portion (vegetarian burger). Breakfast very good with great service. Helpful staff at reception upon check-in and check-out. Would normally use the Woodlands Park where the rooms are better and cheaper.

Business trip, small bedroom which was cold and aircon heating was not working. Bathroom not cleaned correctly on second night as limited towels left and shampoo and fell not restocked. Toilet not cleaned correctly.

« Comfortable, relaxed and good food. »

I stayed a couple of nights on a work trip, travelling by myself. I felt really comfortable and relaxed, it was a great visit. The only downside, the room discription stated mini fridge in room which there wasn't one in mine, just an empty cupboard, disappointing.

Had a lovely time at Burford Bridge. Receptionist was so nice and helpful on our arrival on Friday - approximately 5 pm - a real asset to your hotel. Food was great.

Stayed here for one night Lovely room. Bar area nice with a good choose if drinks all reasonably priced Good buffet breakfast Only slight criticism was that the carpet in the hallway outside our room was badly worn and frayed
