Best service ever!! I stay with my friends on my birthday and the hotel staff gave a surprise gift. The room is clean, not big but still okay. The bathroom: clean and need more toiletries. Need to upgrade the refrigerator, not cold at all. Nearby Area: you can find minimarket 7/11 beside Hotel, across the road have small restaurant that open till midnight and Korean Supermarket. Walk few minutes you will find Albert Court food court, best place to find having breakfast or lunch. All the minus paid because of good service... Thank you Ibis Bencoolen, especially for Heme, Farah and Durges

The room is not clean and the hand soap is broken. It took four hours for me to check into my room when I already emailed the reception before and was told that I would be able to check in early.

good in general, room is clean, but no slipper in room and no regular maintenance on shower head, some room with good shower head but some not. Access to gym & minibar is subjected to change, not like last time, Gold member is entitled by default.

The room was small and the towels were a bit scratchy. The bed was comfortable but small. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

There was no effort make by reservation staff to assign the requested room that we wrote in prior to our arrival dates. The reply email by reservation was cold and non commital and no indication that they will try to meetoir request. Check in staff were welcoming and helpful.

before checked out time (12 pm), my room already could not be accessed when I entered at 11.15 am. Beside that, I tried to request the extended one hour and I could not get it. Actually I often stayed in your hotel before and never request any extended time.

Good location, prices are value for money decent facilities and would stay again . One word of warning about the breakfast. The breakfast apparently offers a early riser international buffet between 6-10am and a continental buffet for late risers between 10am-noon. But having gone down at about 10.30am, they seemed to be packing up ALL the food so get there before 10 if possible.

I have stayed at IBIS Bencoolen a number of times. This time, I notice that the hotel does not have face towels in the toilet anymore. I feel that the face towels are useful, and it would be better if the hotel still provides these to occupants. IBIS Bencoolen is well located and the hotel staff are all very well mannered.
