Good clean room in a budget hotel. Good value for money. +- 60 € for 2 adults and 2 children. Average concierge. Need to have a car. Far from the city center. No grocerys or bakerys in the neighborhood.

Rooms are small and although we booked for 4 people in the room, only beds for 3 were made... we had a bag left on the 3rd bed (for the 4th person) with the needed things to make the bed but had to make it ourselves!

The staff barely talked to us. They didn't say hello at our arrival and, although they weren't rude, they weren't warm or welcoming either. The facilities were ok, but the smell of the corridor was disgusting.

We only needed a bed for the night for our family. We only stayed in the room for about 12 hours passing through Toulouse so our only consideration was price. We are not the type of people who expect the earth for no money so we knew the room would be basic and it was. The problem we had was there were bugs on the ceiling above the raised bed (room 215). I know the hotel can't really control bugs but there were a lot, more than could have gathered there in a short time. We didn't report it as we only saw them when getting into bed so didn't want the hassle of moving rooms. Instead our son slept in the double bed with me and our teenage daughter while my husband slept in the single bed. Apart from that our stay was good. The receptionist was welcoming and polite, the room was quiet and overlooked the car park, and the hotel is easy to find from the motorway. Overall we would stay again if passing through, but we would check the cleanliness before unpacking!

I think this is one of the nicest experiences I've ever had in a budget hotel. The room (and everywhere else) was warm and clean. I would like to give a special "thank you" to the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us a lot with deciphering the local bus routes and were always ready with a smile. Thank you so much...it was much appreciated!

Having stayed in this area 12 years ago we expected it to be just as pleasant, and it was. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were only 2 minutes walk to the bus that took us to the metro into the centre of Toulouse. Room was comfortable and very clean with a great view of the Ariana rocket and family theme park for Cite d'Espace!

The hotel is easy to find. We arrived at around midnight and were welcomed by a very kind receptionist, professionnal. Nice room, clean, no noise. The bathroom was inside the room, that was very useful.

As this was a 1 night stop over and we had review budget hotels, we were not overly concerned at the amenities, just hoped for a clean and efficient service, which we received. The only ngetaive for us was the ability to cater for food alergies and specifically "nuts", as our son has a servere condition. The room was comfortable and adeqaute for our stay, but would recommend additional pillows being available and we managed to flood the bathroom floor by using the shower, probably due to our usage and not the facility itself. Overall the facility was good value for money.
