Black mould on ceiling & wall. Scruffy hotel compared to other Ibis Budget hotels. Expensive breakfast. Not much better than an F1. Thought I'd book at member price but paid more on arrival. Dissapointed.

The staff was very helpful when I arrived. My room was clean and the bedding and towels were clean and smell fresh. The shampoo and soap tablets were also in place. The bathroom was clean. There was a TV in my room, but TV transmission was in French though to help you understand a few words in French :-) I could watch my home TV programmes on my laptop with the good hotel Wi-Fi. I should say, it's comfortable for me.

Excellent value for money. Hotel manager very pleasant, chatty and helpful. I will stay there again.certainly worth booking in advance. There are two very popular restaurants near by plus if you feel like it and the weather permitting go for a walk along the canal. Take the right path towards Wasquehal - less muddy.

It was a lovely place to stay when you are in Lille. Great restaurants and shopping malls nearby. My room was neat and clean with fresh beddings. Warm room and hot shower to make your working day wonderful. There is a television in every room and a place for my laptop to work. The staff is wonderful as usual. Every time I visit Lille, I stay in ibis budget Lille Wasquehal.

Basic accommodation but sufficient for a one night stay and comfortable for a decent nights sleep. Check in and out was very easy and staff very friendly

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 children. The parking, reception and rooms were as expected, good but compact! This was also the description for the bathroom - only 1 person at a time in there :-) Beds were very comfy and towels changed daily. Good location if you want to stay outside of Lille - very close to a big Supermarket and shopping centre.

Cool place to relax when Lille

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The environment had more green and cool trees. From the hotel to the shopping centre is just about 5 minutes walking distance. Great restaurants in the area. The hotel room is clean with neat bedding. I love the view from my room looking at the swinging trees....aaaah so relaxing and cosy. I will always check in this nice hotel on my next visit to Lille. The price too is within budget. You can also have a simple breakfast at a good price. I came with my family and they loved the place. Nice Managers, nice staff and a good customer service.
