I spent the night from the 8th to the 9th. I was ill and it was my birthday so to uplift me my companion suggested we spend the night at Ibis. We arrived around 9pm on the 8th. We booked online before arriving and at the reception desk they were giving us a price over our booking price and both receptionist were now debating their software’s problems instead of attending to us. My companion had to tell them that because of my health we needed to settle in the room and sort that out tomorrow to which they agreed. They gave us room 118 to begin with. That room smelled like a stuffed room and my allergies flared up instantly. We asked for another room they gave us 128, the smell was a little better. We were then welcome by a cockroach (pictures I have). We then realized that we forgot our toothbrushes, we called reception asking if they might have some for us. They told me to go outside the hotel to look for a pharmacy. I then called a friend to bring me some toothpaste and brushes. My friend brought them and left them at the reception. In the morning I called reception asking them for the brushes and toothpaste as well as an iron and ironing board. The lady told me to come fetch them at the reception. You need to know that I had a catheter in my hand from my ongoing treatment. This was supposed to be a relaxing night and moment but it was everything but that. We complained and showed them the cockroach but nothing was done. At the breakfast buffet we had another nightmare. The service is very poor. Especially Ibis being an Accor hotel. I couldn’t believe it. We spent a night at NOVOTEL just 2 weeks ago and it was just perfect. I know they are not the same price but still. Ibis should just close and give up services.

When I booked my reservation it was with breakfast inclusive. I was told by 6am I should go for my breakfast at Novotel and the next I went to Novotel to have my breakfast by 6am and I was told is 6:30am . I have to travel that early morning without having my breakfast

Much weaker then previous times. Staff distracted, talking amongst them, not "interested" in customers. Friday's breakfast (coffee milk?) gave me a terrible diarrhea fro 24 h.

I was upgraded to Novotel and that was a pleasant surprise...I really really loved the design of the room and and the unique and efficient use of space...The bed was really soft and i must confess, it is the best i have slept in this year. The food was good and the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly

Nice clean room with everything you need. Friendly greeting from the reception and offered my welcome drink without needing to be prompted. Room was cleaned by friendly and efficient team each day. Breakfast was very good. The only issue was with the internet which seems to close down whenever it rains heavily. This feels like something that needs to be fixed as it happened last time I stayed.

I enjoyed the time spent there, people there were good at welcoming guests and serving them but I would like to recommend to add people speaking English because sometimes communication can be a barrier for a hotel which accommodates guests from different areas. So far we appreciate the current ones. Regards

Had supper the evening I arrived and Breakfast the next morning. Both were excellent. Food was great and service was great. Room was clean but small. Shower had no hot water, and poor water pressure.
