Room was spacious and service was good. I would like request management to increase the checkout timings to 5pm for international travelers as their flight departure time is late evening. This is my complaint during my checkout time.

WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE. THERE WAS CONFUSION AT THE PICK UP AND THE DRIVER WAS RUDE. CHECK IN WAS A HASSLE AS THEY TOOK MORE THAN 20 MINUTES TO LOCATE THE RESERVATION. ROOM SERVICE WAS ALSO EQUALLY BAD.

Everything was good..staff is very courteous..food is excellent..rooms are comfortable..I requested for hard bed and they provided..just a suggestion pls keep more hard medicated mattresses for people with back problems.

Reception people are very slow and I missed my domestic flight due to they are slow in processing the payment and other documentation during checkout. No airport shuttles , they are charging for pickup and drop off..

The rooms are in desperate need of being revamped

I have been visiting this property every now and then for 8 years now but this trip was utter disappointment when it came to the room standards way below than Accor standards. We all know Covid has taken a toll and I have visited other properties you can close a section so that the others could be managed. The staff were trying but you can not do much when the room is in tatters. In 6 days stay I moved the room 3 times. Basics are missing it can be a 3* with these standards. The sheets stained, bathroom floor stained, awfully bad smelling from the drain. These are basics if you cannot provide these better close in sections and provide basics at least. The staff are not to be blamed but management for sure, poor staff are trying their best with limited resources and provisions they have been given. Also no senior staff is around to speak to we know you have born the brunt of Covid but senior staff knows well how to handle the show and not run around like headless chickens..... Good luck with these standards am not sure how long you can sustain Accor branding. I was not the only one complaining I suppose the complainants were more than check-Ins

Was stoping by to catch some sleep between flights but unfortunately it was short. Took forever to check in, almost an hour to get the food in the restaurant and then the same at checkout. In the restaurant mobile menu with ordering functionality. After waiting 15 min was informed you cannot see the orders and was asked to order the traditional way.

The rooms were not maintained properly. Tables were chipped off, stains in chairs, stains in wooden floor, stains in tiles and dirt marks in walls.

it was petty, duty manager / executives are very bad and non co-operative how did you book this hotel? Answer : i have directly called to reservation many times but no one was answered, after that i have call to duty manager number, twice they have answered my call and advised to book through online only. i have send mail requested to reserve the room and asked them to send us credit authorized form, but they did not responded. at last after struggling one and half hour, i have booked room through online. my opinion, staff are not co-operative.... i am sorry give this review, it was very bad ........
