Horrible experience. Starting from checkin to in house. Was told to wait till 12 noon but others who paid directly at hotel were alloted room. No one escorted to the room which was outside reception area. Iron not working. Had to be replaced. Iron board defective. Had to be replaced. Ordered Pizza n Pashta, it took 1.30 hr to be served that too was Not fresh n hot. There was no cutlery. HAD TO RETURN IT. It took another 30 min to supply the same but due to prior appointment, had to leave without food. Security did not allow to park the car for even 5 min to pick up guests. No stationery, pen pencil was kept in room. No shoe shine was supplied. Terrible experience. Never expected from Novatel to offer such a worse service despite charging a premium price.

Ashish Pathak (organised my dinner) has helped me a lot in getting my dinner items with good taste and as per my requirements. I want to appreciate him. I have struggled for 5 min In identifying room number 349. It would be better to indicate the room directions in more detailed way.

from the reception towards the room there was no signages, there was no body to help, we kept searching for room after we left reception. the room area is after passing the smoking zone, which makes a very bad experience. 2 of us a business traveller stayed in the room, where there was no privacy in washroom, it can accidentally open from almirah side. the room is too small, the ac was not at all comfortable at the temperature of 22 even, it was feeling 28.

Novotel Hyderabad is a place to stay when in Hyderabad for any reason.Its Near to Airport away from Rush sounds Nature of Hyderabad yet giving the essence of Hyderabadi Culture in Food Hospitality and Ambience. Best Part the hotel rooms are located away from Banquet Hall where most times programmes occur but guest don't get Disturb. I would specify the name Of Nikita who handled so beautifully caring the guest wish and yet framing it in Accor rules and style.Staff is good its Lounge aches is surprise to all.Well located Good food good sleep and Good dreams from Hyderabad Novotel..

We chose staycation package as we as a family needed a break from the stress that was on kids due to the exams which extended for 2 weeks. :) Everything in the hotel was well maintained and the staffs were very helpful and kind. The food there was delicious. Enjoyed the farm visit. Kids were very happy to be in the pool. Spa was also lovely. Night ambience was great with beautiful lights and music in the garden. Bike ride in the next day morning was fun.

Front desk at the time of chrck in was totally disappointing. Having stayted in other 5 star hotels. The y have attiude issues. Over above the guy who wanted to take a pre auth for 9000. Took a pre auth for 10000 and did not even inform me while I was punching the pin number. This is total mis trust. I would never stay in novatel trust is lost. Am gold member in marriots and IHGs . I hv never faced such issues.

I stayed in the hotel as part of my family travel and the location was really helpful with the proximity to the airport. A shuttle service could have helped better as the travel to the hotel and airport costs about INR 2000/-. This seems high considering its proximity to the hotel. The room was comfortable however the toilet seemed very uncomfortable. The dry area and wet area separation was not good enough. The cupboard doors opening to the room also was uncomfortable as I was staying with my children. It seemed to suit a honeymoon couple better than a family with the children. The breakfast menu was limited and did not provide much variety. However the entire service and other facilities were good. Considering my purpose of staying close to the airport, the hotel facility was good enough. However there seems lot of room for improvement if it is to serve for someone visiting Hyderabad as a tourist.

The hotel staff was great. I did feel bad for them having to wear the meaningless masks. I know this is a corp. policy, but it is silly. I was vey happy with the Lunch Buffet. Fine assortment of choices. The room was very comfortable!!!

Short and Sweet Stay

Stayed for a night over all experience was nice, team was warm and polite. Our check in was smooth and quick . Food was alright at the Square restaurant definitely missed Haldi ( Indian Speciality restaurant) Namrata from the guest services was sweet to check on our well being .

Smelling Water

- The property is well mentioned. - Staff seems to be totally overloaded. - The water in the shower is smelling (not what you would expect from such a property) The team explained me that on one side of the property they are having this issue and they offered me a room on the other side. What a joke. No-one is willing to listen to the possible reason for this. As the property has a Selvage treatment plant, water is reused for gardening and to flush the toilets. It happens in India that plumbers (not well educated) connect by mistake the wrong pipe to the Shower. The team is just saying this is not possible. But you can't see it as the pipes are hidden. As this is quite serious, I still recommend to seriously check on this. Open the wall and check. Let me know if I am correct. If not, it would be interesting to understand the real reason for the smell. Greetings from certified plumber.

I stay for more than a month for my business trip. Stay was very comfortable, I like the most is hotel garden area, is best place for relaxing. Food was yummy and of course Mr. Pathak and Vikas Team is excellent. Excellent service by IRD team specially by Ms. Geetha. Thanks to Ms. Neha at front office for your very warm welcome and being so kind. Ajay and Venkata are very kind and always arranged the pick-up and drop on time. Security at entrance will greet with warm welcome! Lastly I would like to say thanks to Mr. Ali for everything and making this long stay very comfortable.
