Super friendly and helpful staff. They gave us a great horse riding recommendation. Beautiful location and beach for the hotel. The buildings are a bit dated but they make up for it by attentive details in the rooms. We were there in the low season so dining options at the hotel were limited.

We enjoyed our stay at Sofitel So/ Mauritius Spacious rooms, beautiful landscapes, cleanliness were top notch Although room for greater improvement for In room services experienced very slow; takes 30min to serve simple requests such as empty plates, cutlery in room; also food ordered in room were taking atleast an hour

I was satisfy with the service provided. However we were not notified for not having a buffet dinner. The choice was very limited for dinner. No heated pool available for a 5 star hotel. Room quality not to the standard, need improvement and renovation.

'' We had a very good time". Upon arrival .we were warmly greeted by Christopher club car, reception Team. and Mr GANGARAM. Escorted to the room by the lovely lady Mrs Tania.we love the location of our room.Food was excellent big thanks to chef Vinay and team(ladies at the omelets station).Hats off to Mr Rajiv and FND Team they are doing a great job, each and everyone make sure we are having a great time.Jamy and others at the bar.Without forgetting the magic hands at the spa, the ladies was superb .BRAVO
