Right from the moment I checked in to the time I spent in the hotel, I was made impressed by the efficiency of the hotel staff. I was particularly astonished by the swift response I got when my ATM card got stuck in the machine. The taxi service also ensured I was on time for my local flight scheduled for 6:45am on my last day at the hotel. I will definitely be back another better time.

My stay at the Lagos airport Ibis was only short and sweet. As always on entrance into the room it is far too cold. The air conditioning is always set to the coldest temperature. This is far too cold. On previous stays it has taken a full 24hrs to warm up the room. Especially as there is no way to heat the room up. Another issue. Upon delivery of room service the waitress delivering my drink handed my an unopened bottle. I asked if she could open it and the answer was NO! Not every customer has a bottle opener. I had no choice but to go down to the restaurant and get them to open my bottle. The restaurant was busy and by the time I got back to the room my food was almost cold. Please provide waitresses with openers or provide each room with an opener. It’s the little things that can make a stay. And the Lagos ibis is seriously lacking those.

I had a good short stay but was disappointed with a few things; 1. Had no bathing soap in the until front desk came to the rescue. 2. The restaurant could not get breakfast ready as at 5.30am when I had to leave to catch an early flight, yet you say breakfast is ready from 4am, that's contradictory.

There was never anything on the menu , that we ordered the food was always late...Management did a terrible job were unhelpful and rude ... rooms are moldy ... Ordered lunch at 1145 and lunch only arrived at 1530 ... Worst hotel i have ever been to...

Of course the hotel is well located, but it needs renovation. The WIFI is absolutely not good.

Same small cosy rooms and friendly staff however facilities require urgent upgrade starting with the carpets. I noticed they have installed extra blinds, which makes it convenient to shut out the outside world when necessary.

My experience was a very bad one. I paid for the room with my master card at check-in and the lady at the counter still charge me extra money saying there was outstanding balance on my account. I asked for receipt of the extra payment at checkout only for her to inform me that the computer was down and since I was rushing to the airport, I couldn't even argue with her. I just wanted to get out of there ASAP.

The staffs were very rude and the ser ice was well below par. We were in isolation at the hotel and could not leave our rooms so we had to rely on the staffs for everything. We'll not all staffs are rude but the kitchen and the bar personnel were very rude. Breakfast was served cold by 10am and they won't pick up calls when you call to order lunch and dinner. If they eventually pick up there would be no apology or explanation for their actions. It is one of the most terrible experiences I have had in a hotel of such class.

The room was without a towel, the intercom was working, I had to go to the reception three times from the 4th floor to make the report and finally on the fourth occasion, the receptionist had to tell me to come and pick towel at the reception. No water in the room
