The reception is very good; the restaurant serves good selection of dishes; the room service is poor; towels are always late at night and you have to call to get them. The staff and personnel are well trained for the job.

This hotel does not represent the ibis name. The staff is completely unprofessional. In the customer service industry there needs to be some sort of flexibility. An entire overhaul needs to be had from management down the line. Customer service should be the number 1 priority.

I stayed in ibis Lagos airport for a night and this is the worst hotel I have stayed in all year. I’m aware of Ibis’ business model and have stayed in ibis hotels; unfortunately this hotel doesn’t match up to the standards. Very few positives - proximity to the airport, and some security. That’s where it ends. Rooms are tiny with too much furniture making it cramped, carpets in the rooms and hallway are tired, worn, and filthy. Smell is mound and dampness is pervasive, and the bathrooms are falling apart. In general, needs a good overhauling.

Satisfied with the room and food. Satisfied with staff too. Not satisfied and was actually disappointed that there are still room areas in the hotel that one will stay and not get good internet connection. Not satisfied that for months now, the fresh juice making machine in the hotel has been out of order and no replacement. I found that strange.

The stay was just about ok. The staff are friendly but the rooms need an upgrade. The pillows were too hard and the mattress were shifting. Otherwise it was not a bad stay.

The catering service was very poor! The rooms are traditionally ibis room, very small. They served buffet without water which is very absurd. They expected you to buy water, in addition to buffet without option. Overally it was an average Service rendered.

Very interesting as i noticed improvement on my earlier complaints I noticed high improvement on the responses of your kitchen staff with special reference one highly Guy(I thing u should be new) I was impressed to the point of commending him personally, Your Front desk staff were of high professional standard WELL DONE!! The room has an odour and the shower seems to leak water to the floor when in use. The TV is more like a computer desktop screen with most of the station not clear voice wise. Otherwise my stay is Ok.
