From checking in to the hotel , the pool, the beach, bars, restaurants and breakfast, everyone went out of their way to make our stay a perfect break. The hotel was clean and the teams wore masks and gloves, I would highly recommend a staycation here.

I stayed 5 days with my family. Staff are very friendly. Check in was smooth and quick. The hotel is clean and family friendly. It is amazing for kids, there are kids swimming pool and play ground near to the swimming pool. My kids enjoyed kids club. We also enjoyed the variety of restaurants. The hotel have a very good spa with different type of massage and therapy.

We went there for a long weekend (3 nights) being 2 adults and 3 small kids, we had a Prestige Suite - Ground Floor. The room was great, big enough, confortable and perfectly furnished and pristine clean. Location of the room is very convenient, with direct access to the beach and pool. Hotel facilities are awesome. different restaurants, activities, kids pool, kids club, beach club, etc.

We travelled from KSA to Bahrain for a family get away. We travel as a family with our daughter (3yr old) The hotel made us feel welcome on arrival. The room was as requested, sea view, clean and well presented. You have nice lobby and the workers they are so nice and the swimming pool so good even you care about The children, but the hotel I mean the rooms so old now smells like wet carpet I didn’t like it even the wood doors, and I decide I will never come back except if you bought a new furniture, and I highly recommend it that you fix these things, thank you so much.

Check in was abysmal - girl who checked me in was just dead behind the eyes. No personality at all. No welcome as an Accor member - nothing. No upgrade despite rooms being available for the duration of our stay. Have stayed at this Sofitel many many times and NEVER had an upgrade. Where your loyalty to me when I give you all mine (an Accor Gold member)??? Aside from the above our stay was pleasant. Maria in the Executive Lounge is a credit to your hotel. She more or less single handedly runs the lounge in a smooth & professional manner. Very efficient and super friendly. Tapas bar staff were attentive. We only had drinks & shisha so cannot comment on the food. Breakfast in the main restaurant was ok. My eggs Benedict came out cold though - how can a 5* hotel send out cold food? Brunch was ok too although more servers needed as plates were left too long on tables and drinks not refilled. Band were good. Couldn’t get a spa appointment as they were too busy. Beach bar had lunch delays as again were busy but food was nice enough.
