I stayed for my birthday just to experience the hotel. Plus I am a casual weekend employee. My family liked the room types so hopefully will be booking more. Shame the restaurant and bar were not open as we had to go up to the room to have coffee/tea/drinks.

I got covid the week before and had to cancel. I tried to reply to the first email but it bounced. It basically said that I was disappointed that you didn't even check to see if the booking was fulfilled.

We decided to have a short stay in Adelaide City before going to Tailem Bend for a 40th Birthday with family. We found the Adelaide Rockford Accor Group Hotel on line and it met our needs for convenience, parking, location and value. Highly Recommended.

Noisy accommodation, staff were not present or answering enquires, access to underground parking was difficult. Room condition required maintenance.
