Breakfast was impossible as the room was full of casual workers. Not what I would expect from your company! Very disappointed doesn’t do it justice!

I had a complex booking with numerous parties and last-minute changes and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The price was reasonable, the rooms clean and the breakfast was good value with all that we needed to start our day.

Genrally Ok, room small and matress not the best quality: look cheap and is a cheap feeling. Would be easy to make things more functional in the same place (luggages / etc..)

after arriving at the hotel i was told there was no reservation in my name. however the reservation was made through the ibis website and paid for by credit card. it took quit some insisting from my part to get a room.

Found soap dispenser hard to use and found lack of bedside shelf a nuisance. The concierge recommended Maison B for a meal and said we would get a 10% reduction as Ibis guests but he did not say you could not have this on set meals - only on a la carte. Staff were very friendly.

Functional and clean room and shower. It would be more practical to use a duvet (couette) and not blankets on the third bed. It is not easy to make a bed with blankets so high up!
