« Bad room services »

Poor services at the hotel. Room service is not offered if your stay is less than 8 nights. Stayed here for 5 nights and I was not provided sufficient toiletries either. Breakfast buffet options are very limited. room size is pretty small for a studio with balcony standards.

« Extremely poor services at the hotel »

Hotel delivers way below average services. There is no room service available if the stay is less than 8 nights which is simply pathetic. I had a stay for 5 nights and i was provided 2 bath towels in the room. I was told that if i need more towels, i need to ask Reception and they will be changed. When I called reception after couple of days, i was told that there are no additional towels available and i should check later. The same thing happened next day as well. Breakfast at the hotel is no good either. You can't even get eggs served at the breakfast table. YOu have to cook at your own if you need one. Croissants were stale. Room size is small as well for a standard of a studio. I had to make my way to reach out to the bed.

« feel like home again »

once again I stay at this adagio bercy village , where I feel my home stay at Paris ,, and this time more for a holland friend come to visit me at Paris , with her 5 years old boy , after stay with me for a quick breakfast , they decide to cancel her booked hotel , to request for available room to stay for 3days 2 nights, ..... great in the future , I can ask my friends to join together when we all need to come to Paris ..

« Phantastic »

This was my first stay in an Adagio- hotel and I never had a better room ever in my life, it felt like home and it was a fair price. Superiour room has everything needed for a longer stay (balcony, bathtube, kitchen with all needed equipment, Nespresso Coffe machine. Very, very kind staff. The guy who worked in the night for the first time on thursday 31st of October helped me a lot to print out some tickets despite some wifi- problems. I was really impressed and cannot believe that this hotel has only a rating of 7.9 on booking.com (I work in a hotel myself). What impressed me the most was how clean this room was and even all the devices, I can only imagine what effort it needs to clean this kind of apparments. Huge compliment, I really hope to come back next year.

« Staff is very helpful, and courteous. . »

My chief complaint is unreliability of cleaning staff. They come but do not do everything, they clean the bathroom, but may not leave towels. They clean the kitchen but do not leave tissues or toilet paper

several items in our room were broken: one lamp, two electric sockets, the lever to convert the bed to sofa and have a little more space in the room, but kitchen and bathroom complete for use and location conveniently near a metro station. Not soundproof walls with neighbor who sing till ten p.m.

« Good location, Friendly staff but quality control lacking »

Reception was nice, friendly and efficient. Went to sleep, since it was a short night. Early in the morning wanted to take a shower.... Shower wasn't' working. Nothing. So had to wash at the sink because there wasn't enough time left to complain and find a resolution. Also.. The toilet kept running... Wasn't sure how to shut it off. I think this hotel can improve by doing a basic check in the rooms after each stay. Testing the shower and the toilet could be done by the cleaning department? Either way, it was a disappointing experience

The location is really good and safe even at night. Close to metro lines, shops, restaurants, etc The reception area is inviting and the kitchen/ diner area are superb However, rooms are not in top conditions and cleaning standards are very poor Staff at reception have no concept of customer service standards, the will only do the minimum effort for you

« feel friendly welcome »

at the first arrival . the front desk is prepared with welcome water-drink , and receptionist sit at the same level as guest , that you feel more cosy . And the small salon concept instead of un-feeling lobby is great when you are exhausted back to hotel , with many detail very thoughtful prepared like water / win/ snack / and luggage scale . I like the most is the kitchen sofa table as living area .. excellent with a piano ... thank Adagio Bercy village .

Nice apartament. Clean and confortable. It has all the things we need for spend some days in Paris. New Assistant Zak, sometimes a little dummy. It helps us to laught a lot. Sometimes it does what we wanted and sometimes what it wanted ;-) Really a great experience.

« The overall service wasn't at the expected standard. »

The mocking tone of the Receptionist was quite annoying during the check-in. When I reported that colonies of bugs were crawling over the place, another Receptionist just wrote down on a random piece of white paper with no effect what so ever later on.

Spacious room. Place is clean. Location is good, Close to metro. Overall experience better than I expect. It would be much better if there is a nespresso machine in the room.
