Keys would stop working and we would have to get new ones several times. Air conditioning did not work, old and dirty apartments.only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. Towels were thin and small.

Poor service, understaffed and Ill-equipped

Air conditioning didn’t work and the windows do not open. Went down to the front desk 4x to complain. Long lines in the lobby each time. Assigned a different room and experienced the same problem. Was told that maintenance wouldn’t come til tomorrow then told they could come in a few minutes, then told someone will be right up. Finally a person from the front desk came up and reset the breaker which lasted a few minutes. My son was crying and upset. It was about midnight and we’re forced to stay. Worst 1st night in Paris. Checked out the next morning and found another hotel. Wish to get a refund for a terrible experience.

Traveling with four adults, it was difficult to find a hotel in Paris that would fit all of us together without having to book two separate rooms. That was the main reason in booking this hotel/apt. The unit was modern and spacious with a kitchen-living room combo that had a pullout sofa bed that turned into two twin beds and a separate bedroom with a queen bed. The set up was large enough to accommodate four adults comfortably. The bathroom was divided into two rooms - one with a toilet and sink and the other with a shower/tub and sink. This was a nice feature that allowed us to efficiently get ready in the mornings. While we didn't book the room with the Eiffel Tower view, we still enjoyed the beautiful view of the city. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in our room was not working so we couldn't store cold drinks and the air condition did not work in the bedroom which made our stay during a heatwave uncomfortable. This was the primary complaint with many guests. Also, when two out of the four elevators were not working, we had to all pack inside of one which was unbearable when there was no air condition. Lastly, it was odd there wasn't any hairdryer in the bathroom, given the room had other amenities such as a safe and an iron with ironing board. This seemed to be a common amenity in most hotels. Guest would have to request for one from the reception desk which seemed like a hassle.

I would give a higher score if the room wasn't as tired.

Overall satisfied, good location, fair prices. The room (1105) needs a refurbishment. Old, worn couch. Carpet (so unhygienic) in the bedroom.

Beautiful view

We absolutely loved the view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Unfortunately the air conditioning stopped working after some time. My husband went down to ask and they said they would bring up a portable air conditioner in one hour. An hour and a half goes by so I call down and they had a shift change and the new person knew nothing about this. He came up in 15 minutes and reset the breaker. It worked for 10 minutes then stopped again, but he told me to try resetting it so I did. We had to reset it 3 times in total. The TV also did not work and they said it couldn't be fixed until the next day. Having the kitchenette was great too! I will say that all the staff members that we encountered were fantastic and very helpful! We will definitely be back our next time in Paris.
