Dear MOHAMAD O., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Aparthotel Adagio Paris Haussmann Champs-Elysées. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Adagio operates in a different way than the conventional Accor hotel brands like Mercure, Novotel, ibis. Sometimes it is not possible for us to serve all your additional requests with optional services as for example the late check out. When fully booked, we are unable to offer this extra service, because our housekeeping department is not working as long as it does in conventional hotel brands." We place a lot of importance on correcting our mistakes in order to improve quality and your satisfaction. The head of guest service has therefore been informed of your comment and will make every effort to ensure that it does not happen again.
