Poor welcome. No Gold advantages. Many duties we didn’t ask for

We call the day before of the arrival to confirm the arrival time and ask for the parking and access instructions. When we arrived there, we did as they said, we presented ourselves in the parking door and ring the bell for the reception to let us in with the car loaded, but reception team wouldn’t respect their own instructions. They would pick and hang up the intercom, in all our 3 calls. We had to leave the car unattended in the middle of the tiny street, and go to the reception and ask what was the issue.. they said they didn’t know we were new customers (of course , they would know if they would have answered the calls). After, they asked us to remove the garbage from the room and clean up, or they would charge us. Finally, ZERO advantages for VIP Gold customers (no welcome drink, not anything..). The fidelity program is the reason why we keep selecting accor. So no incentive to come back to accor in this hotel, and it is duly noted for our next trip in aix In summary, a very poor welcome, zero advantages as VIP gold, and many other duties that we didn’t ask for

A newly renovated property with studios and one bedroom units. Kitchens fullyequipped, large supermarket only a block away. Large outside patio, pets allowed, walking distance (approx .25 mi) from Centre Ville. Always felt safe in area. Staff was great.

All of the above. Good area to stay in Aix, the staff is great, and hotel is extremely clean—which is hard to do in an old moist town like Aix. Ask any employee or manager for help and they are kind and accommodating. We would have stayed longer if there were rooms available.

It was a nice stay with good accessibility to restaurants n town centre. Staff are helpful n polite.
