« Could be easily improved by training the staff better. »

The location of the hotel was good, walking distance to the train station. The staff at the reception was not very helpful, I was given a room overlooking a building site, where it has been very noisy, and I have asked to change the room, that has been refused. I think customers should be alerted at the booking time about the noises that starts at 8-00 in the morning until early evening. I had lunch there, the food was ok, I have opted for the salad buffet.

« Fun in Tanger »

We always have a great experience when we stay here. The front desk staff remembered us upon arrival. The breakfast was great as usual. We must compliment the staff as they graciously changed our room once we discovered it was a smoking room. I had forgotten to write it in our reservation request. I do have a suggestion. We were enjoying our welcome drink, when the smoke from cigarettes became so bad, it aggravated my asthma. I had to hurriedly finished my drink and left quickly. My suggestion is that common areas be smoke free. Otherwise, we had the best stay with the greatest staff and best Ibis breakfast.

« We love staying at the Ibis, cause they are super friendly, they can accommodate us quickly!! »

Checking in was super easy, and everyone was very friendly. The room was comfortable, and had everything we needed for the night. The only issue was our room was warm, and we couldn’t get the air to come on, but we did open our window and that helped. The breakfast was great. We will definitely recommend ur hotel to anyone. Thank u to everyone at the Ibis for ur hospitality!! We’ll be staying with u again, I’m sure!!

« Nice staff, clean rooms, i am satisfied »

Appreciated staff. When i just want to make check-in, one customer (apparently psycho), does not spare a single harsh word against one reception agent. However, this reception agent, was very calm and avoided to make him more nervous. Moreover, he was very polite. Rooms was very clean. I had seen other Ibis hotels, but this one is the best.

My husband needed to see a doctor in Tanger. When we finished the visit, we were told we would need to stay 2 extra nights for the surgery and prep for the surgery. The front desk was very helpful in getting us our extra days. They were fabulous at check in and out. We had breakfast 2 of our 3 mornings. We both felt it is the best breakfast of all of the Ibis chain. Thank you for making this stay the best!

Service room Bad Cleaning : the room is neither swept nor scrubbed. Forgetfulness for shampoo and soap,asked at the reception and after claiming it 3 times, I have to pick it up at the reception. THERE IS NO ROOM CLEANING SERVICE IN THE AFTERNOON

The room didn't have toilet brush how does a hotel of this level don't have it? Whenever I use the bathroom do I have to call the cleaning service? Maybe that's the idea to make mandatory tipping to the cleaning ladies. Very bad!!!

« Loss of Card »

I stayed there for 2 nights last weekend. The air-conditioner was so bad. To keep the room cool, I had no alternative but to put my Priority Pass membership card in the power slot when I went out. When I returned, the card was gone. I asked the front desk to check for me who made up my room that particular day and it must be her who took away my card. They were unable to identify who cleaned my room before I checked out on Monday morning. I have heard nothing from the hotel up until now. The shower of the room was also hopeless.

« Would give it a zero if I could »

This must be the worst Int’l branded hotel I have ever stayed in. The Front Office is rude, lazy and incompetent. The food quality in the restaurant is terrible, the server in the lounge/bar does not even know how to make a cup of tea......from a tea bag!!!!! The rooms have zero ammenities, and the bed and bath linen is thread bare. One lift was out of order 3 times during my stay. The aircon in the rooms barely works. The only 2 positive things I can say is that one of the waiters in the restaurant works hard and tries his best, and the housekeepers work incredibly hard up on the floors. During my stay I went to Front desk to ask if they could split a MAD 200 note to smaller notes, and the response was a straight “no”. We tried to contact the hotel prior to arrival to check our booking and the phone rang out 5 times, so I tried to send 3 emails to the hotels email address on the website and they all bounced back saying mailbox full. I then tried to call the Accor customer service center to be told that they cannot help me because I booked on a discount rate, however I booked through the Accor app, so that should not be my problem, I would understand if I booked through a thirtd party, but not through your own booking system. After I made my final payment the front desk agent did not give me a copy of my bill, I had to ask for a copy. The bill is printed on plane paper with no hotel logo or details or anything on it, it looks like a high school spreadsheet. Then after checkout I realised I have been billed incorrectly, so I went back to the hotel to correct it, and they said that cannot help me as they need to send a message to the offsite finance service. UNBELEIVABLE.
