very disappointed in many aspects of the hotel. room lacked the regular aminities it usually has, we found an already open bottle of water, when I point to the shortfall, instead of inspecting they just brought a new one. one slippers in a double occupancy room, no tea, we had to ask for coffee pods, cups were not cleaned. Apparently restaurant was open for breakfast, we were told by 3 different people at reception that breakfast was only served at room only to find that it's not true at checkout time. pool area did not have towels, they accepted outside people who had lunch and we could not find a place to relax, received dirty towel at the pool, a torn up one... I could write 3 pages but I will stop here

I keep coming back to this hotel because of the cordial staff and the beautiful scenery. Having Club Millisime access is a great incentive, as well, and Nadia, Khadija, Hicham, and Mouna are the staff that represent the VIP and Club guest the best. Nawal at the ground floor breakfast area always aims to please. Amine, at the front desk was very professional and ensured my colleague and I received anything we needed. Ijlal in the spa gives a superb massage. Despite the hotel being older and elevators needing some serious maintenance attention, the hotel smells pleasant and the garden is immaculate. The ambiance is serene. The park nearby is a must. Thanks for another pleasant stay.

Lobby and outside areas are great The outdoor heated pool is very nice The Club Millesime is very good The room furniture and decor could be refreshed - the shower facilities need an upgrade. The overall service at the Cafe and bar could be faster but the quality of cakes and drinks is excellent. Beauticians could be further trained.

One point I was very unhappy, you sent inquiry to book the spa in advance and I responded, but at arrival I found out that nothing was booked for me and no time was available for time suitable for me. So, if you ask for something, please respond in adequately or inform that not possible ect.

The rooms were very well cleaned but the bed was quite old and the mattress has large indents on it and the slats holding up the mattress were sagging. I will say the shower was awesome. The air conditioner did not work well and it was quite hard to cool the room.
