Overall my trip was good, you guys have wonderful staff at reception and at breakfast restaurant, I wasn’t satisfied with room service at all the last couple days, I ordered a sea food pizza well done, and most of the sea food on it wasn’t fresh at all, and another time wasn’t cooked well done like I asked for it and of course I had to pay for it even I complained and I didn’t eat it. My wife and I went down to the reception cafe to relax and the server was very rude and not a professional guy at all, we called him to bring us the menu and he talked to us very rudely. Like we’ve been sitting there for a long time and he came to us and we told him no we don’t want anything but instead we just came down from our room, and even if we were sitting there he didn’t have the right to talk to us that way. We paid and we left the lounge. Thank you for the service again and hopefully we’ll come back again

The lock didn't work and I was offered a room change, this process was not as smooth as it should have been. The staff at the front desk is very professional and friendly. My compliments go to Amine, Soumia, Rabia and Aziza. The staff at the bar needs more training. my three colleagues and I arrived at 10:20 PM for a night cap, and we were told that the bar closes at 11:00, we recognized the fact and assured the bar-waiter that we will be done by then. After a 15 minute wait, I asked again and the bar-waiter informed me that he is still looking for the manager to authorize the order. It took another 10 minutes and insisting before we were served. This does not reflect well on such nice hotel. The rooms are beautiful, but the bathroom is not well designed. Every time I took a shower, there was water allover the bathroom. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend your hotel.

Horrible experience at sofitel rabat this time (which wasnt our first). Checkin took too much time, they gave us a bad room claiming the hotel was full whereas it wasnt the case. We told them to add the booking few minutes later to our Accor account and they refused so we had to complain so many times later that day to get that done and also apply our member price (which they did not apply automatically). When checking the next day (since it did not even show on our account), we found out that they book a different membership number (or didnt put it at all, who knows). Plus the lady at the reception was not friendly at all. We ended up changing the hotel the next morning instead of staying for the full 7 nights.

Awesome location and staff, the floors and rooms need serious renovation please - 3 rd floor is so ugly , carpets stained and rooms with broken amenities, please renovate that hotel and restaurants and add a kids club, it is so beautiful. Thank you!

Was extremely happy with housekeeping team, rooms were always found clean and towels changed. Loved the shower supplies, not all hotels provide supplies that smell really good. First day breakfast, as part of COVID precautions had to wear gloves to serve myself, however the gloves provided were small for my hand and I was not comfortable to hold plate with glove that did not fit my hand. The next day they changed the gloves and provided latex gloves that were bigger size Took me 2 hours to get my room service order delivered to the room. Kept reminding them, the person on the phone said he would follow up and call me back but he did not call back. I assume it was because of understaffing level. Water provision to the rooms is poor, only 2 small bottles, one still water and one sparkling for 2 people in the room. I drink more water and when I requested to provide at least 4 bottles (2 per person) they refused saying that this is the hotel rules. Ended up buying my own water.

My husband and I always choose the Sofitel in Rabat, the staff and service is always impeccable. This is our 3rd time/stay here in 2 years. Their coffee/latte’s are also the best in Rabat. The rooms are comfortable and the view of the garden is breathtaking. Thank you! Jennifer Rachad

Every thing was just perfect except the room ac was turned of due to COVID 19 as we were told by the hotel staff . The concierge team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Indeed it is the best option while I am in Rabat .
