Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean, and spacious, but outdated. Sadly some of the restaurants were closed, so i didn't get to experience all that to hotel had to offer

We spent two weeks total in Morocco and we traveled a number of cities, but nowhere were we as comfortable as at Rabat Jardin des Roses. As a same-sex couple, not only we felt safe but also welcome. The entire staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, provided us with impeccable accommodations. Specifically, we would like to command Hasnaa Yassine and her team for raising the bar when it comes to hospitality and for anticipating our every need. Truly impressive service with a genuine human touch. Merci.

We stayed for one transit night here and felt most refreshed by our stay. The hotel exudes class and elegance. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Decor and furnishings are excellent. Our room had a garden view that was mesmerizing. Room was well equipped and things worked as expected - except the AC thermostat control seemed not to work. We got a welcome drink in the bar, a sanitization kit, lots of free water, wifi etc. the grounds are beautiful and make this an oasis of peace. We did not eat dinner but did eat breakfast which was a huge spread. All in all, an excellent stay!

I was not impress actually not satisfied of my experience with room service in the room when you go to a Sofitel you expect the best and I was very supprise with the low quality of the food , but what was the worst for me is that the mustard was used already and they still put it on my order it’s horrible . The staff at reception were very nice when I explained to them and credited my food order and I can assure you that I didn’t say my complaint expecting something or a refund . But really you need to step up the food quality ans taste you are not a 3 star hotel ( overcooked pasta and not savory , soup taste like water and fries not cooked and already use mustard ) common you guys are Sofitel . But I insist on the fact that the reception girl was just amazing and so polite and was very efficient. These are just remarks so you get better

Very nice, clean and maintained hotel as expected from 5 star hotel. The staff are very welcoming and do everything to please the guests, and especially Naoual and Hasnaa at the reception, Noura and Fadoua at the restaurant and Adil the concierge.

Very welcoming staff in well located hotel although some hotel amenities weren’t available for the guests such as the spa and the gym the timing was the same for all regardless if you are a guest or not.

I would like to start by a big thank you to the staff of the reception, the housekeeping and the security for the very warm welcome and the exceptional level of attention given. This hotel has never disappointed me over the years, I occasionally return to it and I recommend it to any traveller passing through Rabat! About the sanitary side, they are on point. Everything is very well cleaned, the dishes ordered are everytime protected to avoid all kinds of contamination, and sanitary kits are distributed throughout the stay! The cleaning of the rooms are done twice a day and I can proudly say that barrier measures and safety instructions are very well respected. I want to thank particularly Hasnaa of the reception for her delicate attention for years at the hotel ! Sincerely, @DonRafaaa

The staff is sooo nice that it compensate for most of the hotel shortcomings. The staff makes the difference and helps you forget that the hotel is rundown. The hotel infrastructure is falling apart. My thanks to all the personnel from the bell boy to the reception manager for making my stay very pleasant.

The Hotel has good location, and has access to many places, the hotel staff is always welcoming with smile to their guests, and food was perfect, however the hotel furnitures is too old which require to be refurbished

My husband and I always choose the Sofitel in Rabat, the staff and service is always impeccable. This is our 3rd time/stay here in 2 years. Their coffee/latte’s are also the best in Rabat. The rooms are comfortable and the view of the garden is breathtaking. Thank you! Jennifer Rachad

Every thing was just perfect except the room ac was turned of due to COVID 19 as we were told by the hotel staff . The concierge team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Indeed it is the best option while I am in Rabat .

a room upgrade gone downgrade

My wife and I have booked a junior suite. once at the hotel and as a diamond member, we were offered an upgrade to a prestige suite on the second floor. unfortunately, this upgrade end up being down grade as the suite was very old, the carpet was old and had burn spots, electrical cable coming out of the wall in the bathroom near the mirror etc... we've got the sense that this room was not being used for a while nor prepared. However, the staff, the food, early & late check out and all other services were excellent and remarquable. we were just disappointed with the room.
