« You need to maintain your ventilation/AC system (Rooms 2005 & 2007) »

Please note that you need to seriously consider maintaining your ventilation/AC system. Once you turn off the AC, there is a very disturbing smell in the room and it is not possible to keep the AC on during winter time.

Hotel room was very good. The only negative was weak water pressure in the shower and sink. Laundry service is very good. Breakfast is good, but last year was even better. You should get hot chocolate back into the drink selection. Also there is not enough tables/seats for such a big hotel. Construction site near hotel makes it inconvenient to walk around Transportation service is well organized, but expensive

Stay was good. Staff is helpful Have 2 suggestions: 1. A light should be provided above luggage stand. There is insufficient lighting when you unpack/ pack the suitcase. 2. An easy chair with table should be provided near the balcony window. There is insufficient space for keeping/ having meals Hope you will look into these suggestions

« We love the Novotel Fujairah...second time here and it was even better »

My husband flew in early the morning of check-in...while my flight arrived later in the evening. The manager was very nice and was able to accommodate my husband for early checkin. We are very thankful because he had been flying through the night and was exhausted. There is plenty to do at this resort and at a way better pricing then in Dubai. It is now our most favorite hotel to stay at in the whole UAE area. They have nice music and dancing at one of the bars...and the ladies nights are worth going to .

How to find the right words to start my comments. Everything from the basement till the top floor of the hotel, from the bell boy till the top management, from the trolly service, room services, restaurant services and friendly staff, laundry services till receiption services, from the warm welcome till a big good smile everything was more than perfect and flawless. Last but of course not the least the panoramic view of beautiful Fujairah city from the hotel window is unmatchable. Good job everyone @ Novotel Hotel. Bravo !! Happy New Year 2020
