We had a Comfy room with view on Lumphini Park. Excellent check in with welcoming, professional staff. We were escorted to see the SPA facilities then to the room. The room is a bit old but it was very clean, there was a nice welcoming set of chocolate, nothing was missing and it had a beautiful room. Great infinity pool. SPA: we had a massage. Clean, professional, overall very pleasant. Great breakfast. COngratulations on the buffet selection and availability of staff even during these hard times.

I really love the hotel with the nice location next to the big park.The facility is great especially the room arrangement where having all function you need for resting, leisure or business travelling. And also a wonderful breakfast during a Covid 19 situation. I would like to give a big thank for Khun Man and Khun Jam for their hospitality and warm reception.

COVID-19 pandemic makes it so quiet during the Songkran Holiday. I have chosen the wood theme for this time. Room is well decorated but deteriorated over the time. Some of floor tiles are unbound without repair. Dining in the RED OVEN is fabulous. I really love it for both dinner and breakfast buffet. Staffs are welcome and doing great service except the porter. At the time of arrival on the ground floor, there is no porter at the drop-off point to help me about the luggage.

Good: Staff at the restuarant Spa therapist /quality of the treatment Bad: Room: quite run down + A/C have bad smell upon turning Overall room just lacks of maintenance (the smelly AC, 2 light bulbs were broken, no tissue paper roll upon checking in) Reservation staff incorrectly provided vouchers etc. Food: Soshi: very limited selection, taste was below avaerage Red oven: only dessert taste good..the rest is either bland or not fresh -seafood All reasons above, we ended up 1 night earlier checked out.

I had a great experience with my staycation at SO/Bkk. Even though we are at the COVID pandemic period, the staff were very friendly and attentive. I got a nice room with a view of Lumpinee park where I went running both evening and morning. The SOSHI Japanese restaurant had very nice Japanese food. The breakfast had a variety of food choices. The spa was amazing! Definitely go back to stay more.

Our third time at So Bangkok since November 2020 and despite the challenges that were beyond the hotel's control it was every bit as good as the previous two. Because of the pandemic situation now getting a foothold in Thailand, we had dinner as well as breakfast in the hotel and beside the excellent food we were extremely impressed by the serving teams in Red Oven and Soshi. They seemed to cover both morning and evening, but were always smiling and most efficient at all times. Big thumbs up to them allThe wine list is also extensive and reasonably priced by Thai hotel standards. Sommelier was also excellent without being pushy. Reception team were similarly excellent and there was one example of going the extra mile to create a favourable impression. Both my son and a UK-based Thai friend needed to renew their British passports, but upon checking the day before the application, we found our friend would need a colour photocopy of her marriage and residence certificates. After they were e-mailed to her, the staff were only too happy to assist with printing them for her. We were also grateful to be offered a late check out without being asked. No faults to ge found. Room maid was also prompt and we always came back to a well made up room. Only a small comment I had was on our first visit we had to request extra coathangers, on the second we were called to be asked if there were any requests and arrived to find plenty of hangers already in the wardrobe. This time we had no call and upon arrival only a couple of hangers so had to call again, though they were delivered very quickly upon request. As those three stays were each three or four nights, perhaps a note in the guest history for extra hangers would be an extra plus. We have now stayed twice in the 'Water Element', on a higher floor, once with 'City Skyline' view and once with 'Park' view. This time, we were in the 'Wood Element', a little lower and again with 'Park' view. No complaints about any rooms, but if given a choice would choose the Water Element with Park View. Thank you to everyone in the challenging circumstances that all the staff are working under. You are doing a great job❤️
