Ibis is situated near the airport and walking distance from a shopping mall and other shops. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant serve some of the best dishes in Antananarivo - try the Carbonara, it is out of this world! I really enjoyed my stay at Ibis and will visit again.

This was my first travel to Madagascar. The stay at IBIS was very good & comfortable. From hospitality to cleanliness, everything was good. I would request if some more vegetarian dishes could be added. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay.

The stay was good. I do however have a safety concern. Your beds do not have antislip protection. In Rm 218, i got up from the desk, and stepped. because of the limited space, I found myself pushing back against the bed. Because the beds footing have no grip on the floor, anti-slip matting on the footing, the bed gave way and moved out of the way. If I had tripped or fallen, there was no way the bed could have supported me, or prevented my fall or further serous injury, as it self moved out the way easily on the paneled floor towards the bathroom door. This bothered me for the night, as I had to get up to use the bathroom, and kept wondering if the bed would slip or if it would slip around when I turned during the night. Trust it will be a simple fix to add anti-slip matting under the beds footings. Or that this was only confined to Rm 218. Many thanks though . Regards

Just an overnight stay. Had dinner at the restaurant, perhaps a bit pricey, certainly decided to have breakfast elsewhere. The room was comfortable but it took reception 2 attempts to find a room with the arrangement I booked. The bar staff were very good; took great care in getting drinks correct.

Overall good, however room 501 is quite noisy at night and early morning, asked to move rooms and was told they had no other rooms to offer me. Food and service excellent in the restaurant!

My stay was satisfactory as usual and this is why I have always chosen to stay at your Hotel. However, I left my jacket at the hotel and when I called to inform the hotel about it I kept being promised to be called back but it never happened. When I called the last time I was told my jacket was never found, promised to be called back again and it never happened and I am extremely disappointed.

Staff at reception were on top of thing and gave speedy feedback regarding transport back to airport. Maintenance were also very quick to sort out an issue with the TV system in my room. Staff are very pleasant and helpful

The experience was fine until I got home and extra bank charges began to appear on my card. My card was cloned when I payed for my stay at your hotel.

All very good - especially as you provided a room in an emergency even though fully booked. Only issue is Ibis does not provide milk in the fridge (nor any powdered creamer) for team and coffee in the room. This is especially a problem as i usually get up early to work and cannot order milk from room service as it doesnt open till late - so have to do my work in room with no coffee or tea. Small UHT milk cartons in the fridge would enable more productive time before breakfast in dining room. Note i have stayed there at least 20 times (in the earlier days there was at least powdered creamer with the cups - though this is not at all tasteful to me. Note also, I usually bring my own milk but sometimes cannot depending on where i travel from and time available to shop!!

No Option in Restaurant MENU

Room was Just fine but it should have been better if we can charge our mobile near the side table. There is no USB portal in the room. Improve the toilet videt. Imrpove the MENU in the restaurant and the staff are not attentive.

It was ok, just noticed that there is an issue with the receptionist handover. There is a time I received call early in the morning for airport transfer which is not the case and also information mixed up with other customers when doing the payment which are few things to improve but the place is good and well maintained.
