Saving box is out of order several time while I was staying at the hotel. Food needs to improve for the service. The food is almost of out of order to serve at Sofitel Club.

Pros: Good location with nice restaurants and malls nearby; comfy beddings Cons: 1. Not soundproofed -at all. If you don't value hearing people outside your door and TV from next room clearly, don't go there. 2. Smells like an oldman's armpit if you go near the water sink and the toilet. 3. Very poor management- as a silver member, I never-not one time-receive the welcome drink and fruit in my hotel room; The Accor points never show up on time- I need to make phone calls everyweek for missing points. Nobody got time for this just to make up for the lack of responsibilities of hotel. If it's not for the location and I'm not on business-I would not come back at all; Sales offered a corporate price for us, which is obviously higher than the promotion price on official website for honor members-this is no way to make deals with your clients and this unfortunately humiliates the sales-person for delivering offers that has no-value and won't attract anybody who does a little bit of research.

Nice hotel, service down

Could be in the light of pandemic, but service is slipping down. perhaps an attempt to save cost. Cleaning is so so. residue of cigarettes in a NON SMOKING HOTEL. And of course the usual Chinese tea drinkers in the lounge bar, smoking away like there is no tomorrow. Its impossible to work in the room during daytime since they turing off (or very low) Air Con. Executive lounge is still not open. Very strange as there is buffet breakfast serving with same "risks" as the lounge.. Used to be great, now average to poor

I own 4 companies and I am always very busy with a go, go, go schedule visiting factories. Your hotel is always extremely accommodating and helpful to all my needs whether it is supplying copies, a meeting room or general information. I appreciate your whole staff and I could not be happier with your hotel.

The service is excellent. The food is excellent. The only thing I'd I needed a portable heater for my room. The hotel was experiencing heat issues.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times, always enjoyed the personal touch and welcome I have received I booked 2 rooms this time as i had a colleague with me, there was nothing special about check in, and it did not feel personal in any way. Unfortunately, the Hotel is undergoing renovations, that was not communicated when booking! I think when we arrived we were informed that the aircon may not work. I needed a massage (I have a couple of back issues, and after travel...), went to the appropriate floor. it was a construction zone! In the morning, it took me 2-3 minutes to get water out of the tap in the bathroom and longer for hot water so I could have a shave. Then midway through my shower, the water stopped and eventually gurgled back to life. My colleague mentioned the same issue, his shower cut out. This stay was nowhere near what im used to for this hotel, very disappointed.

Air conditioner is not working

Wonderful hotel. Had a problem with my room because the hotel air conditioner is under repair. Normally not a problem in the winter, but on a warm day my room got very hot. The moved me to a room on the cooler side of the building and all was fine. Pool is also closed. Rooms are showing some wear. Carpet looked a little old and worn.

As usual a very nice hotel with business meeting facilities as well as good restaurants. In special I found the Japanese Restaurant on 5th floor execellent. It's really worth a visit. Also the Chinese Restaurant at the same floor is above usual standard.
