Really friendly welcome and great staff who were always helpful and were always willing to help out on any request. Great location next to the station and only 5/10 minute walk from the village with a nice market square with restaurants and shops. Standard Ibis offer but pool onsite a bonus.

In-room fridge and kettle/coffee facilities are a standard feature of even the cheapest budget hotels - disappointing not to find the same at Ibis, especially with hot weather and a poorly staffed bar. A week of drinking room temperature water was unpleasant. Staff at the hotel were very pleasant, professional and doing their best - but I felt it was unfair to staff to expect them to handle entire reception/pool/bar and frustrating for guests who cannot order food/drink if the sole member of staff is otherwise occupied. Pillows and towels of very poor quality. Cheap and uncomfortable. Staff and housekeeping - good. Overall hotel management - poor. I will not be staying at an Ibis hotel in future. This was first and last stay.

Very good location. Adjacent to railway station and 5 minutes walk to town centre. The staff are warm and friendly. Rooms are spacious. Basic but providing everything one requires. I recommend this hotel unequivocally.

A/C did not work. Staff was not very polite and not accomodating to the rate we were promised by a third party and the hotel did not seem to know much about it or at least not many reception workers. Also calling me after and arguing that I had not paid for my stay even though it was an was an error in their system and their response did not even apologize for their accusations. They also did not respond to my 2 emails week ahead of my stay about reservation on the special rate.

I arrive at the hotel around 10.30 pm, after the check in I went to the room but the key didn't work. I went back to the reception, the girl change my keys; I went back to the room and... surprise! The room was already occupied by another guest, who was as upset as I was!!! I went back for a 3rd time to the reception explaining what happened, they said there was a mistake and gave me another room... I finally went to my room at around 11 pm. Never happened to me before, absolutely un-professional!
