1)I had opted for sea view room , but when I checked in it was not full sea view. 2) while booking it was mention that the rooms were the most biggest in mumbai but it was not. 3) Hotel Sun N Sand has specious room on a lesser price .

this hotel is biggest example of bad coordination and pathetic service..the only advantage of hotel is its location on Juhu beach.. in my 3 days stay the room key got deactivated more than 30 time and almost everyone was facing the same problem. ek baar is hotel waley jo committment kar de phir to wo usey bilkul bhi poora nahi kartey..

Not my best Novotel experience. First the hotel forgot to pick us up at the airport, even as it was included in the booking. I asked them on arrival and check out but I was mostly questioned if I had given them my arrival time. Which I had, it is clearly stated in the booking. I was not offered an apology or compensation. We had to change the room key card twice as it did not work in the elevator. We met other guests with same problem 3 times during our stay. Maybe time to do something about it. Our room was prepared for 1 guest (1 toothbrush, 1 pair of slippers, 1 glas and 1 spoon for the cups. After asking we got another toothbrush the second day. The lounge was ok and the staff for the first 2 days, 1 - 3rd of Jan was very friendly. The cleaning guy, Aksay I think his name was, was good and did his best.

I have stayed in this hotel for several visits but this time i found the services to be very poor wherein food ordered took half an hr plus to deliver. Secondly options in food were limited andeven a brownie with icecream could not be served. I was stopped multiple times at reception for having a laptop speaker.. I would avoid it for future bookings.

« We came for the pool but the pool was closed »

We planned an end to our trip to India with a weekend resting by the pool and Juhu beach. On arrival we were told the pool was closed all weekend. This defeated the purpose of our stay. Nothing was offered by the hotel in the way of recognition of our disappointment.

« Comfortable stay at this well located Juhu hotel »

Stayed for four nights at this well located Juhu hotel where our rooms were comfortable and we received good service generally. The New Tear’s eve party was a loud outsourced affair with a good vibe and average food. Wish the DJ did a countdown though! Breakfast had a good variety on offer though virtually the same daily. This is a business hotel where everything is functional rather that a hotel with character.

« Terrible Stay - Worst stay so far.. »

Would never recommend and ever stay, I can go on and on for the service provided by this hotel, very unprofessional service. No Laundry Bags in the room, cups not washed, no coffee sachets, laundry not picked after 3 reminders, cockroach in the room, no tables in the coffee shop for breakfast and lousy service.

« A known brand has forgotten hospitality standards »

Dear Team, This was my first time staying at an Accor hotel and I must say, I was happy with my stay, however, there were a few things I'd like to point out: - The shower design needs to be updated - The glass of the shower was dirty and needed cleaning - I was being dictated as to how late I can check-out. To quote, "Sir, you can maximum check-out by 12.30pm". The follow-up call to notify me that I had 5 minutes left wasn't helping the reputation of the Front Office team. - The bartender of GFV needs to learn how to make cocktails. Upon ordering an old-fashioned, I received what I can only describe as Sugar and Whiskey. These aren't Accor standards. - The hotel key card is absolutely useless when it comes to tagging it in the elevator. I had to get 2 new cards and even then it took 6 tries to get it activated. - I understand having guests over is frowned upon but calling me to ask repeatedly if they've left is extremely annoying. - The reception desk however busy needs to answer calls, I would have to call laundry to find out if someone could come and clean the room as no one would answer their phones. Would I come back again? Highly unlikely.
