Great experience at Novotel Juhu beach, we had booked 2rooms & both were upgraded to sea view, rooms were clean & sanitized. We were there to celebrate my mom's 55th birthday hence hotel team had placed a small cake & also beautiful towel art was done. My family loved it. We booked 2 rooms for 31st night. Rooms chekin was 3 pm still we got it by 5:30pm Found 2 cockroaches asked house keeping to take control and clean it but they didn’t come. So I had to kill the roaches by a sanitiser and flushed in the W.C. Staff was late for room service had to call three times to get it straight. Next day continue calling to evacuate the rooms asap. Worst experience on 31st December. Will not suggest to book any chain of hotel which Novotel owns.

It was our anniversary and I had specifically requested for a nice Ocean View room. The Room provided to us was more like a pool view and we had to sit at the window to see the sea, I don't get the purpose of a sea-facing room, if we get only a birds view of the ocean! I asked for a change in room and it took them 3hrs to get a room ready, which is fine, but not once did they tell us how long it would take for a change in room, they just said we will get back to you (after about 4/5 calls and going to the lobby requesting for the same we got a room with no décor done nor was there a cake as requested and promised, even though it was 3 hours later!) I had also requested for a cake/pastry to be thrown in as a celebration, which never made it to the room, inspite of reminding and being promised that it would be sent! Its very upsetting that all i wanted was a perfect 1st Anniversary for my hubby and all that happened at the start was get upset! This was definitely not acceptable!

We had thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Everything is excellent....Food ,Housekeeping & Location.We had dinner at The Square& my family enjoyed thoroughly.Special mention for Mr Shreyas & Mr Prathamesh.In fact GM Mr Gorav Arora should be complimented for having sincere team except for Ms Ulfat who needs a little training.She never informed that breakfast is not complimentary ( which was a strange experience).My wife was informed by the staff of The Square.Money was not a issue since we paid for our dinner & my guests enjoyed too. Anyway it was a nice experience on the whole.

While location was good, Overall experience was not great. There was work going on the premises which was not mentioned at the time of booking. Pool side no arrangement for guest to sit n enjoy the view. We were triple occupants in the room, however we had to keep requesting for additional mugs, toileteries etc. Even payment thru credit card was a problem.

the service is gone from good to worst

The reception does not welcome you. and made me realise being an Accor member was a crime at Novotel Juhu. The comment i had entered at the time of booking in instructions were completely ignored. When i checked in, no welcome drink voucher was given, the 500 rs meal credit was not explained. i came to know about the 500 meal credit the next day when i was checking my booking details on an email from Accor The rude response, unfriendly behaviour, you talk about maintaining social distancing, and your floor manager at the reception don't even wear a mask. Gadda da Vida service was a memory, the starter took 1 hr to come and guess what the prawns we order were cold, and I felt I am eating rubber and it felt it was cooked in the afternoon. When I gave my membership card for the discount they denied, I actually had to explain the privilege of the discount to them, trust me it seems the people there do not understand Accor membership or the benefit. When i ask the details of general manager, someone else came to help but didn't give me the general manager details. Only the staff at the square are much better, friendly and ready to assist. Overall, it was sad, unfortunate experience. i have my birthday on Monday but being Monday people are busy, so i am throwing a party tomorrow 20th Dec at Sofitel Mumbai, and i am now in two minds how it would go. Will it be the same experience over there? The last time i had my birthday party in Sofitel ....they give me the worst experience. It's after 4 yrs i am trying it again there. its too late for me to change plans ... i will give a try. i hope Sofitel / Accor does not spoil my birthday. i am in the service industry myself for 24 yrs, and i run 9 companies, i understand what service is. The feeling you guys gave me at Novotel was ... This is a member he came here for a discount. Ignore him. Ideally, the feeling of the staff should be a customer as not gone to another hotel chain and came to us. We have secured a customer. I hold ITC and Leela's membership and trust me they do a better job then the experience Novotel guys gave me ... i hope we all need to learn and improve ... Briefing needs to be given to staff about the know-how of the plans and benefit of the member or non-member. If this is how u treat a member how would u treat a non-member. i hope my birthday party goes well tomorrow at Sofitel Mumbai.

We were at hotel to celebrate our marriage anniversary. Being disturbed by a person, even though DND indication was on. Tried checking through guest service and front desk about it. It took them almost 2 hours to as who was on the door and for what? Finally it was discovered that an inroom dining staff had come to deliver "something" which turned out to be A PIECE OF PASTRY. This act started some time around 4.30 to 5.00 pm and ultimately pastry was delivered at about 11.15 pm, again at a time when we were about to get retired for the day. Consider this as a recommendation for scope of improvement and not as a complaint as I have very high regards for ACCOR brand.

I have silver membership of Accor Plus and have stayed to Novotel Juhu couple of times. Inspite of having membership was unable to utilise my free/complimentary stay. Very bad customer support, customer care lines were busy all the time. Rooms were clean and dinning service in the rooms were good and prompt. One big disappointment of long waiting for breakfast. Had to wait for almost 30 mins to enter the breakfast buffet hall. Menu of breakfast was very limited and most of the items were finished and not refilled even after addresing to the staff number of times. Bad service at the time of breakfast and staff was also bit rude and non-attentive. Would not expect such service after paying huge amount of money. Overall not happy with the stay.

Peaceful and Relaxing, away from hustle and bustle of city

We stayed there for 2 nights with 2 kids and it was one of the best stay. Staff was helpful and made us feel welcome and attended all the requests. Breakfast was good comparing to other hotels during covid situation. We got newly renovated suite room which is very well designed and we loved it. Special shoutout to Ms Ulfat Shaikh who was very helpful during our stay made sure everything was right as requested.

First of all bad experience at the time of check in. Secondly room was given on a floor which was meant for quarantined guests. As always too much disturbance during late in the night from other rooms. Food was just about Ok, However service of staff in The Square was overwhelming. It seems the property is frequently rented out of marriages and other such big activities because of which access to the property is largely restricted. Last but not the least, Parking of the vehicle is always done recklessly. Car is always dusty and dirty everytime one is taking the custody of the vehicle. The only solace during the stay was the experience in the gynamsium.
