Stay experience was good we enjoyed the stay,but after the checkout we noticed that we have left my shaving kit in my room. I immediately reported over the phone that i have left my shaving the lady Executive over the phone said the after checking she will come back but she did not.Next morning again I called and I was told that nothing is found in the room. Sir, its very small item but my concern is about reputation of such a prestigious organisation.I am 100% sure it has been left and it should be enquired from housekeeping staff.

« Worst customer service I have experienced »

It started with the wrong inlay in the rooms. The internet didn't work. The sink in the shower was clogged. Whenever we went to the reception or the shift manager, the answer was "We will deal immediately" but in practice the problems were not resolved

I was travelling on business. I stayed at the hotel for a night. The team members were warm and very hospitable. The breakfast the next morning was an awesome spread with varieties galore. Enjoyed it. Thank you Gorav for all the care.

« One of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel of such standard. »

I am still trying you sort out my billing issue. I was charged for 3 days of breakfast while my sister and I had breakfast only for 2 days. And I am being told that I had taken a package. I was not told this was a 3 day breakfast package. The manager their argued with me and tried to tell me that I did not hear what I was told by the hotel staff. Secondly, if it was a package why I was being asked to sign every morning after breakfast and on both days I had to tell them the breakfast amount I had negotiated per person. I would really like help to get this fixed and my amount credited back to me.

I am a Accor member and have been staying at Novotel for last three years The staff is excellent and one gets a homely feeling . Being a airline commander have stayed all over the world . The ambiance is too good and The staff under the guidance of the G M gourav Arora is very good the gym Was good . Despite the fact that marriages were going on the hotel guests were not at all disturbed. Keep up the great show

« Not the best hotel stay »

Food was bad, service was average, NOISE was BAD. Windows in the rooms are not sound proofs heard loud music from the hotel and music from other Hotel next door. Also heard several loud fighting few times that kind of scary. I stayed 8 nights at the hotel and saw 5 weddings take place here, pool side got so busy and loud with visiting wedding guest, childrens running around. Beds were the MOST uncomfortable i have ever slept in hotel.

« GOOD HOTEL AND WELL LOCATED ON JUHU BEACH »

I had very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.Lobby manager Madam Ulfat was very efficient and professional who made sure my stay was pleasant?Over all hotel service and comfort was beyond my expectation? For sure I will stay again at this hotel.

check in and check out takes a lot of time,beds very uncomfortable and small ,a/c not working properly ,non of the membership vouchers were honoured ,inspite of ordering 48 hours in advance,while settling the bill ,accor points were not redeemed against bill,no one to collect luggage etc. in short --NOVOTEL JUHU WAS WORST THAN A IBIS ALSO

We were not aware of check in time(3pm) we reached hotel by 10am, then at reception we had decision regarding the same, we were pissed off, & wanted to change the hotel, but the reception boy treated us well & managed us to give room by 11-11.30. I don’t remember his name.Coz of him we stayed back.It was our travel agent fault as he didn’t tell us about check in time

« Need Maintainence. »

Need maintainence of rooms, bathrooms. Service is very slow in resturant. Billing takes so much time. housekeeping staff is terriable. drinking water needs 2 hours & 3 reminders to come. pathetic. not a good experience.

One of the worst Novotels I have ever visited. Hotel needs a complete (from scratch) refurbishement. Bad value for money, wspecially by Indian market standards. On the flipside the people of the hotel are outstanding. Service oriented, polite, forthcoming.

« Good soft product. Poor hard product. »

Staff: The are very friendly and work hard to make the staff as pleasant and easy as possible. The airport transfers were quick, easy and on-time. Check in was quick and efficient. Hotel Grounds: The grounds need some work. The tiles around the pool area are cracked and broken. There is haphazard furniture around the pool area. The seating at the outside area of the bar is old and unhygienic. Hotel Room: Again the room fixtures are worn and old. There is cracking paint around the door fixtures and cupboard. Scuff marks on the wall. The bathroom was mostly clean however the shower leaks onto the floor. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Premier Lounge: Food in the lounge was good and the staff were friendly. I didn't like the white wine offered during cocktail hour and I think a better gin could be offered too. Breakfast Buffet: Good breakfast buffet, but on a couple of occasions I noticed that the plates and mugs were not clean. Overall our stay was pleasant thanks to the staff but there are a lot of cleanliness and wear-and-tear issues that may stop me from staying at the property again. Certainly when I stayed at the property 4 years ago the hard product was much better.

Room was very basic with beautiful sea view. water in the shower in the morning was not hot. Restaurant (Square) service needs improvement. Food quality and variety was very good. Worth staying again.
