New property, well located, good experiential stay but can be improved

I spent 3 nights with this hotel when they’ve been operating about a week. I like to property which is brand new and very well located, a few steps from Temple of Literature. There has been some incidents (air conditions, amenities) but all got resolved with friendly staffs. The room and breakfast are just great.

No drinking waters provided, had to purchase sparking water to take medicines. Good location. Beautifull interior. Smart design. Excellent breakfast with an assortment of dishes. Well-trained staffs.

Cons: slippers packaging left on sofa/chair next to bed. No drinking water provided. No hot shower in the evening though it worked during day time.

While I understand this is a brand new hotel (opened 2 days before my stay), the room is not fully ready and staff are under trained

Brand NEW Hotel

Check in was professional completed with ease and welcoming. We upgrade our package to allow for the lounge access, not know that this was not yet available in this hotel, but in saying that the hotel was able to offer the package outside of the lounge area, high tea, and happy hour/s. The water in our room was only HOT water and was actually turned off during the night. We reported and it was fixed immediately, we have 2 boy and they went to take a shower and near burnt themselves but lucky they were ok. The food served that was available was delicious. Service was great. The roof top will be lovely once operational . No seating up top neat the pool, but was informed that they are waiting for this to be delivered so understood. Beds were great, pillows too soft maybe. Overall we enjoyed being the first guests in the hotel and were informed during checkin that it was their soft opening therefore we felt informed about possible things that weren't available.
