it was bad, room is small and not clean, bathroom is very small and toilet seat location is not even possible to sit on, i had to go out of the room to use go to bathroom.

At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Being a 3-star hotel or economy-scale hotel, we have limited services but we provide full value for money spent. The built and size of the rooms, including the room design, furniture and appliances, conform to the International brand standards of Ibis, being a budget-friendly hotel brand. The size and images of the room are also available on Booking.com site to ensure that potential bookers would know the room size and design well in advance. Alternatively, if you wish to book for a bigger room, we suggest you our higher category which is a one bedroom apartment that is more spacious, with fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living room area, for your consideration on your next visit. I hope this information will be useful for any future visit and we regret to note that the ibis' brand concepts did not live up to your expectations. I liked it but i have few things I didn’t like. I had twin room, one of the beds under the AC and my mom felt hot but the other bed i felt freezing. The second thing we didn’t like is; you had a shampoo, conditioner & shower gel all in one product but there is no hand wash?. Thank you.

For our exhibition, the team and I stayed for three nights in Ibis Abu Dhabi gate. We shared the same opinion that our stay was terrible and the staff attitude was rude. However, it doesn't matter that the hotel is a 3-star hotel, as I had stayed before in a 3-star hotel and had a very pleasant stay! 1- The room furniture is very old and cracked, the walls are thin, and you can hear all the noises. 2- There were no slippers, no bathrobe. And, if you ask for anything, they say it is chargeable. 3- I wanted a packet of green tea or any herbal tea, but they wouldn't send it and kept saying it is chargeable, although I have mentioned that I wanted to exchange it with the black tea that is there as complimentary. 4- Uncomfortable bed, poor pillows. If the staff were more friendly and easy-going, you would just un-notice somethings, but the small details matter.

Room wise is quiet good, room service guys behavior r good, the reception, the pool,the horizon line restaurant all guys behavior r good. I was very happy to stay more than 40 days in this hotel. Only missing is no malls near by to shop And you could keep ATM machine inside the hotel.

I had a splendid stay at Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate hotel. I want to specially thank Ms. Sia and Mr. Jerun who made my stay special, as a frequent client and an accor member Jarun came to know from me that I recently was blessed with a baby girl and a suprise was waiting for me, the team nicely decorated the room i stayed in with colorful baloons and a lovely cake was waiting for me in the room as well celebrating the baby girl! I was overjoyed and impressed by the attention to details. Bravo!
