Hotel was well presented and suited exactly what we wanted.

Room key was already prepared upon my arrival. Very kind staff at reception and especially in the restaurant (breakfast). Clean room with aircon, comfortable bed and big TV . Strong WLAN free of charge. Spacious parking place. Sun-beds and premises for eating on the terrace available, clean and well designed. Fantastic fresh air as surrounded by fields. Always again.

This is a convenient but a rather overpriced hotel. The drains do not work properly and the toilet flushing was less than adequate. The booking site charged my credit card and then at the hotel it was charged again at chekpout - preposterous..!

Good location. Sufficient parking space, outside the center, nevertheless a big variety of restaurants and bars, movie theaters and even indoor karting near by. However the hotel is surrounded by a garden equipped with sun beds and outdoor tables and seats. Rooms are small, sufficient and having air conditioning. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Conveniently located near Compiegne with planty of on site or nearby parking. Comfortable, clean rooms and really friendly staff. This is moy "Go To" hotel when I working in the area. WiFi is good enough to work with, although the signal is no great in the rooms at the extreme of the hotel Breakfast is the typical IBIS Styles fayre with a selction of cold cuts and cheees, bread and pastries and fresh fruit.

Very friendly and helpful

We are a family of four using Accor hotels about 7 times a year. The Ibis Style Conpiegne/Jaux stands out because of the quality of welcome by the staff. Christelle and Catherine are great hosts and the rest of team equally exceptional. For a quiet and peaceful night ask for a room overlooking the hotel car park. Room 105/104 are very good. Overall a nice, well maintained, welcoming hotel. Thank you.

We have just spent three nights at this Ibis Styles and found it perfect for our needs. Although it is set on the edge of a retail park it was incredibly quiet and there was a good range of places to eat. The staff were very friendly especially the male receptionist (I think his name was Ibrahim). Our room was comfortable especially with the air con and the whole hotel was very clean. The free tea and coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.

The hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. It is good value for money. The only issue during our stay was the fitness room - the a/c wasn't working, there was a water leak from the ceiling and our room key did not open the fitness room door.

we turned up a bit early, but the staff helped us out and got the rooms ready supper quick. Very stylish and very comfortable. Hotel is located near a couple of bars and resultants, but not in a busy part of town (actually near a retail park so quiet).

This is a review of two halves... The hotel itself is well-located on a leisure park with a secure car park, away from road noise. We were allocated a family room and although the children didn't enjoy sharing a sofa bed, it was a large and comfortable room. The breakfast in the hotel was good and all the common areas were well-appointed and clean. However, I'm afraid that I cannot recommend this hotel. We booked two months before travel on a pre-paid rate. A few days before our booked stay, we were invited by Accor Hotels to use the online check-in facility. During the process, I was asked to input card details; as I assumed this was purely for security reasons, I did so. When checking my bank account online later the same morning, I discovered that Accor (or more specifically Ibis Styles in Jaux) had debited the same amount as the pre-paid amount from my account. I immediately rang the hotel to find out why. The person I spoke to said that it was not possible that this amount had been taken. I rang Accor customer service who informed me that it was the hotel and not the group who had taken my money for a second time. So, yet again, I went back to the hotel who said it was definitely not them and they had no idea why I had been charged. This was a most frustrating situation, especially since, although I would consider my French to be reasonable for a British person, I am not fluent. The manager was extremely patronising and told me that I had made a mistake - in fact, he and a colleague were clearly laughing at me, which I felt was very unprofessional and pointed this out. They would not back down though and insisted that they hadn't taken any more money from me. During my stay at the hotel, I spoke to the lady on the front desk who entirely understood the problem and having seen a screen shot of my online banking app, showing clearly that the hotel had removed funds from my account that morning, said that she would sort this out for me. That was last Wednesday morning and 5 days later, the money has still not been refunded to me. Both Accor and the hotel are entirely ignoring my emails. As far as I am concerned, this money has been taken in error and is therefore theft. I have been a happy customer of Accor for many years but I am afraid that I could not recommend this hotel in any way due to the poor level of customer service. Neither would I consider staying in another Accor hotel. I am genuinely horrified by the treatment I have received.

Arriving at 8pm the hotel was easy to find with plenty of secure parking available. The gentleman on reception was welcoming, efficient and friendly. We enquired about dining locally and he provided a wealth of information on local establishments. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Overall this hotel offers exceptional value for money and we have no hesitation recommending it.

Great location with plenty of restaurants locally to choose from - Very helpful and pleasant staff - All clean and modern, a bizarre shower/bathroom which basically meant when you were using the bathroom you could be seen by your partner as it had a glass wall which faces into the room..The beds are obviously two singles that zipped together so plenty of room but had a dip so my husband said he felt like he kept rolling in to the middle, assuming we were just unlucky with the bed - Still recommend
