Overall a good hotel regarding 3 star rating. Breakfast is okay, sometimes in the last 30 minutes not the whole palette available. Personal is okay - reception seems to be professional. Cleaning could be improved - something was always missing - soap, not enough towels, no water.

A good property to stay, even better than other ibis styles hotels. The balcony was very good and the views from the hotel are amazing. As usual the rooms have small size as per the small standards of ibis but are efficient. The swimming pool is a good addition and nicely maintained. The breakfast buffet is good with a mix of regional and regular international cuisine. Pros: Good service, Value for Money, helpful staff Cons: Not the best location about 1.3 km from beach ( however hourly free shuttle from hotel is there) Would i come here again, yes

Overall experience was good. Location is good. Pool is clean. The only limitation is that there are almost negligible options for vegetarians in the breakfast and no Indian food. The veg options available were not that good.

The almost all services were without problems. Only a some guests from India showed a terrible manner by the hotel pool. The swimming in underwear ( no bathin suit), cleaning their shoes and clothes by the pool, noisy manners... The staff should look after about them! Sharply!

Easy to find and buy muslim food. But the service is bad especially room service related with cleaner. Take our towel but cannot replace the new towel. When we call to get towel take time until 20minutes to give us. When check out to get bag trolley also not easy. The reception said please take by own because our staff not come yet. The customer must take the trolley downstairs then go back to room for take many bag. Im not satisfied with this case.
