More than once my room key didn't work and I had to go back to the front desk after discovering it (I was at 14th floor...). This was really annoying.

Very pleasant, but as usual the electronic keys do not always work, it is a nuisance to get down in order to get them magnetized again. Apart from that, it was a nice stay. On more thing guests, on the whole, could benefit is if there were some signs trying to educate people in order no to slam the doors when they leave the rooms. Bunch of impolite people.

« FANTASTIC LOCATION! »

Very practical hotel and the rooms are cozy with everything you need. The staff is always pleasant and ready to help you, especially Rafaela! The location is the high point for me: right across Patio Savassi Mall, Verde Mar Grocery Store and dozens of little boutiques and places to eat just around the corner. Easy to get a taxi to go anywhere in Belo Horizonte.

« The location of the hotel is very convenient for travelers. »

Overall the experience in ibis Savassi was good, especially the breakfast. It was impressive and exceeding expectations. The price of the hotel was also reasonable. The receptionists were very friendly. However, the room had ants and smelled weird. I cannot describe how it smelled like. I felt sand on my quilt after the second day. My sleepwear which I put on the bed was tangled on the bench after house cleaning. It would be better if the hotel can provide bottle water in rooms.

Too small, no room service, no drinks or snacks at the mini fridge, dirty bathroom, slow and little flow of water at the sink. Don't make any sense in Brazil a hotel so small, maybe Hong Kong, Tokyo, NYC.... But Belo Horizonte??

I was in Belo Horizonte on a Business trip. The room was kept clean on a daily basis and staff in general was very friendly. The room was comfortable and the sleep quality was great as the noise from the busy streets is kept out. The location is excellent.

I requested that my room be double bed and the receptionist informed me that there was not available at the moment. 30 minutes later I saw two friends doing the checking in and the receptionist put them in a room as a double bed and informed that there was no spare bed, so the two people would have to sleep in the same bed. I don't understand why there was not the room with a double bed, being there was. That's because I am a Silver category customer in the Accord loyalty program.

Tenha certeza de que seus comentários serão um encorajamento para continuarmos a aprimorar a qualidade de nossos serviços. Em relação a sua observação, idenitificamos que sua reserva foi efetuada no mesmo dia da chegada em apartamento com duas camas de solteiro, por isso a acomodação foi escolhida dessa forma. Em função do jogo que ocorreria no dia seguinte, todos os quartos já se encontravam reservados e isso impossibilitou alterações. Lamentamos e pedimos desculpas por não podermos lhe atender imediatamente, por esse motivo fizemos a alteração no dia 03, quando a disponibilidade foi aberta. Agradecemos por sua atenção e esperamos que esse incoveniente não seja impeditivo para recebê-lo em nosso hotel em sua próxima visita a Belo Horizonte.
