The service and the staff are good. Hardware is old but acceptable. Breakfast used to be better but still better than most hotels at the price range.

if you have to do business in BDA Area in Beijing Pullman is a perfect place o stay. Good location surrounded from a big mall and many shops or restaurants. Hotel have a good gym ( newly renovated) and pool. The rooms are ok, If you can then book executive rooms. Buffet Breakfast is very good. Very wide selection. Also available 2 restaurants and a bar.

Each time, has issue of the booking, there's some issue of link between Travel agenda and Hotel, but if each time happened at Pullman, I suspect the issue happen at Pullman system, have to find solution (booked, but no info in Pullman, booked room but show different info at hotel...)

No member benefits introduction when Check in. Platinum or diamond should argue for free breakfast and also no welcome gifts in your room. Room is clean but the windows are locked. What terribly is I can't modify the work mode of the air conditioning.

This property is everything a business traveler needs. It's central to the BDA high tech district, 10 min walk from 2 Metro stops on Yizhuang line. 30 min taxi to new Daxing Airport. Breakfast is excellent, staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant. Han's Plaza is 5 min walk, plenty of quality restaurants, coffees, pubs, and shopping. Don't bother staying anywhere else.

The room was clean and the staffs were very helpful. Especially Stella at the reception. There was a miscommunication between the travel agency and the hotel, and Stella patiently assisted me to make sure I was checked in promptly. It is greatly appreciated.
