This Hotel is located in the nice location, not too far from the convenience store moreover there have many delicious street food in front of the hotel. All of the staff are nice, Good take care. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel. If I have a chance, I will be back for sure.

Dear Accor Executive Director / Hotel Manager ibis Riverside Bangkok As a result of that I, Patrika Rattanakul, stayed at the ibis Riverside Bangkok Hotel on 2-4/10/21 as per the above booking details. I traveled with my husband and daughter. On the day of stay is 02/10/21, check in time around 4pm. After entering the room, found a problem with the deterioration of the room. Number 526 as follows 1) The air conditioning system is broken. The cooling system is not working. 2) The TV in the room cannot change the channel and increase the sound. 3) The refrigerator compressor system doesn't work, causing it to not cool and unable to soak the daughter's medicine. The problem was solved by the hotel technicians successfully. However, it takes time to detect each problem and fix the problem. By the time I was able to rest in my room, the next day my patience had run out. The sound of a dog from the opposite room squealing loudly in the morning of 03/10. So I went down to complain at the reception. Makes you meet with Khun joy/ front office manager which Khun joy Acknowledge the problem and propose a solution is to change the room and postpone the check out time as appropriate your action joy that listens to the opinions of customers and looks at the facts And responsible for making me feel impressed and want to be a role model of good service to customers. for this hotel I have stayed at least 5 times, not including ibis Hua Hin and Pattaya or even mercure Pattaya, so I have quite a lot of experience with the accor group. What is the advantage of ibis is the price and the quality of the clean rooms and have a good standard Therefore, I would like to ask you to maintain this service and standard. As for promotion management, if it can compete with booking sites like agoda, there should be a convenient contact channel and cheaper price comparison. including ongoing promotions such as stays, food discounts In various restaurants or others will increase the use of the service. Pro: Good location with many street food nearby and near to ICON SIAM. Hotel also provide shuttle bus to BTS station. River view. Breakfast is back to buffet. Con: VERY Poor Wifi connection. Suit for staycation only, not recommend for work at all.

Good river view & pet friendly

We bring our dog to stay with us but they did not clean under the bed that well. Our dog went under the bed for a couple of minutes then came out with an itchy ear which caused her to scratch and spin all night. Sadly, we cannot bring her to the vet as there was a curfew restriction. The next day, we bring her to the vet for ear cleaning, and need to take medicine for a week. We did tell the housekeeper to deep clean under the bed just in case she went in again.

Thank you for the lovely service, this was my 3rd stay at Ibis Riverside. Unlucky that i cannot swim due to government policy for this time. I appreciated the breakfast. Very yummy and not so big portion so i could order 2-3 menu to try. Wish to visit there again soon.

The hotel is located near the sky train, convenient transportation, close to the shopping mall. Delicious breakfast. Clean room, big bed, good sleep, very good service staff, swimming pool located on the roof top. Nice view. If there is a chance to come back to stay again.

Excellent service from the Ibis Bangkok Riverside staff. Room is simply best with nice river view. Restaurant staff is super nice and friendly. Front office is always there for excellence support. Food and beverages is also super! Although my stay is under Covid period, the hotel do not fail to provide a great and wonderful service as best as they can.

The front of house staff, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all friendly and welcoming. I stay here whenever I am in Bangkok and have always been happy with the hotel. the rooms and clean and spacious. The pool is great! location is also fantastic - a quick hop across the river and you're at a river boat stop, near a BTS station; and 10 minutes walk up the road and you get to ICONSiam mall. Fab!

Nice hotel by the river

We are Accor.com members and booked well over a month in advance of our stay and so received a small discount for the three nights booked. However we decided we would like to stay an extra night and I asked at the reception desk would I be able to get a preferential rate being an Accor member, and was told I would have to pay the walk in rate which at that time was 3,000 Baht! The previous 3 nights only cost us 5,000 Baht! So we didn't bother!

Nice staff and good location. Rooms are ok but walls are so thin that we could hear the neighbour's TV set which was running all night. Sleepless nights; we could as well have saved the money for the hotel.
