Worst Stay room was not cleaned for 2 days i stayed even after repeated calling to Reception and house keeping. The TV was not working for 2 full days even after telling it on the first day. Wont recommend others

Rooms are too small

Rooms and toilets are too small. Location wise it's feasible to travel and we'll connected. During check-in I had to wait for 30 mins and likewise for checkout it took 15 mins. This process should be smooth. People at the front desk should be trained better. They told me i would get best room but to my surprise it was too small, since it was a very short stay with family i adjusted.

Check-in took more than 10 min as 1 counter was not available and we had to wait. Room was comfortable. Housekeeping services are good. They responded very quick both the times. Breakfast was good and could include more options. The chef at live counter was doing an excellent job. He was preparing the dishes for a lot of people at fast pace in a polite manner. Check-out was smooth. It would be nice to learn to greet the customers.

Could have been better: 1. Your front desk asked me to pay more, even after I have done reservation much before for a lesser rate. They charged me as per reservation, only after I showed them the rate booked on my mobile 2. I was already Accor member, but front desk forced me to scan the membership QR code, not sure what is the reason. For some reason, they are not able to get my membership number based on my confirmed reservation 3. Then, after getting the key card, the card did not work in the lift. I had to go again to front desk to check and reactivate 4. The santizer dispenser in the lift does not work. not a single drop of santizer liquid comes out, even though it was full 5. There is no bath soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom.. that should have been a basic check by house keeping, before the room is declared ready 6. The shower head kept falling on group and we are not able to keep it in its place in the holder. 7. All taps and shower heads are having heavy scaling 8. TV remote control not working properly, may need battery replacement, not sure if gets checked regularly 9. Ordered juice as room service, and it was brought in coffee glass, and juice is not cold, we were not even asked if needs to be cold or room temperature, by default they sent it as warm 10. There was only one towel in the room, even though room is booked for two adults. We had to call and get The Good: 11. Good location, easy to find and reach 12. Breakfast spread was very good and service was faster (definitely better than expected) 13. Checkout was easy and quick 14. Housekeeping was quick to get us an additional towel

We have been staying in this hotel for long period and we used to stay frequently, but last time we had an urgent matter and we suddenly wanted to cancel the remaining stay we booked here, but they refused to refund the amount, atleast they should have refund after deducting cancellation charges, but they refused to refund us the whole 3 nights charges , it is so disappointing though we are their regular customers .

Great service in affordable price. Reception and housekeeping are very responsive. Followed the covid precautions very well and had a happy stay for 2 weeks. Will mark it as my fav place to stay in chennai

The hotel is suitably located in close proximity to SIPCOT IT Park, and hiranandani upscale apartment complex. The service was good and hospitable. However I have to say that I was extremely disappointed by room quality (for the category of this hotel) - extremely small size, and the bathrooms even smaller closer to airplane bathroom style. No point for couples (and/or family) to visit. One is better off if visiting alone.

Need to clean the rooms and bathrooms better. Found them to be unclean on check in. Bed was too soft and sagging. Room was small. and basic. Once checked in there was very little attention to what was needed.
